What should be improved upon is the overall customer service of Linda/Lori (the representative's name fails me at the moment; however, her name starts with an L). From reserving the vehicle to picking it up, dealing with her was a horrible experience. Also, I think it's best to inform customers of all pertinent information such as a customer is not allowed to place their car on the dolly on the premises. I had to go to another facility, pay an additional fee,l for the service. I would have preferred that facility get all my money and not a measly $25.KHEDRA G.

Had a dead battery when I was going to leave my destination. Not sure if it was the pickup point or uhaul itself. Maybe a better maintenance program would be in order. Dead battery was due to very old battery.Tim C.

You guys would not rent a uhaul to my guys because my number was attached to it somehow so it flagged it. I don't know why it was flagged though because I just had rented three U-Hauls this past month in my name so when I called the number they gave me to figure out why my number was flagged they said my phone number was a secondary number to someone else and I had to pay $583 up front that day in order for any of us to have rented that u-haul. This is my business and job and I rent a lot of trucks from you guys and you out of nowhere hit me with this $583 total that was allegedly from 2018 which I'm no recollection nor do I have any idea what that could be from not to mention I've rented truck since then!! I would really appreciate if you guys can look further into this and get my money back because my business will go elsewhere I rent at least five to seven trucks from you guys with my other guys names so on and so forth but if this is the kind of business that you're doing with us I don't want any part of it so if you can fix that I would highly appreciate it and you won't lose a good customer thank you very muchIan C.
