You charged me $18 for gas despite the fact that I only drove 19 miles. The attendant seemed to also think that was high, but claimed he couldn’t do anything about it. $18 seems unfair to me.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNeed to work on the app. Always showing a error code for no reason, making a mobile pick up difficult.
Nelson DTook me over an hour to get my truck/ keysThe lady however, helped me and was very nice. But the process and app was horrible.
CASSANDRA SThe van was parked in a super disgusting area of the parking lot covered in rotting garbage. It would be helpful if it was posted that there are usual reps inside the grocery store- I didn't realize. Otherwise it was fine.
Jennifer MThe truck had damage to the front bumper as well as numerous other areas, It was well marked with the X sticker at least.
