That trucks transmission kept randomly down shifting or not shifting at all. The engine also made horrible noises. It was honestly terrifying, I felt safer when I drove trucks in Afghanistan.

It was a problem that someone else owed money and you attach me with them causing me aggravation to try to get them off my debit card that was wrong I have rented over 50 trucks in over two years from new people and that was wrong what you did to me you should've alerted me that there was money owed from someone else and I could've straighten out the proper meanwhile I had to run around to get a new credit card just to get it taken care of that was wrong by your company

i had a 10 am appointment/credit card hold on a 10 foot truck. But my requested truck was not available until 1:00. i got there around 11 ish and was told that there was a mix up with on-line booking and know truck would be available until 1 pm. I was offered a van instead, but the van was to small. so i waited in my car until 1 for a truck. According to the staff at haverstraw location, this happens all the time. I can't be sure but it looks like you cant rent on-line or walk in at this location. i even personally went there the day before to verify my appointment and they still messed it up. There is a disconnect between the on -line booking and the actual location. this caused me money and time. I had people waiting for me to do this move. Hopefully this is not a normal issue with Uhaul and would appreciate a credit for some of my rental note i did rent from them the previous week and did not have this issue, but the 20f truck need some serious stearing wheel alinement issues

I did explain during the reservation that I need to move the lawnmower from point A to point B about 5 miles. I said that the lawnmower is 5 feet wide and the vehicle needs to have a ramp to drive the lawnmower in. My husband went to pick up the truck and to our big disappointment ramp on the truck was too narrow. We wasted time and money.  Also upon arrival to destination we found that back door was not closed whole way and mover inside was not secured

When I return the truck, the person in that location did a big mistake. He gave me the wrong receipt that one for somebody else.I need call a couple times to correct. TERRIBLE!!!

The 10 foot truck we were given had garbage and crushed moving boxes left in the back that we had to empty out and the floor was unswept which we did ourselves. We also had to sanitize the front cab for covid-19 since the pick-up location attendant could not tell us if it already had been done.

The location and representative were excellent. Your 800# reps were HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! I was given the wrong information on my first call, hung up on on my second call and the rep in the third call literally knew very little about the process of picking up a rental. It was an EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and UPSETTING experience!!!

I didn't know (ahead of time) if they aren't open during my dropoff time, i had to go a self-return. I was walking around the parking lot for 10 mins, until i saw the self return sign and instructions.

Have the information I already provided before pickup online available to the location; I had to reiterate every detail, then have changes made because the (very friendly, btw) person misunderstood both the drop-off location and the miles included in the price. Additionally, I have never previously rented from UHaul (and I have many times in the past) where the mileage I needed to travel was not included - since I had to travel from the UHaul pickup place, 5 miles away, to my starting point, then add another 5 miles to the drop off place, I was already about 10 miles over your estimated distance between point A and point B, never mind the fact that, since it is a truck, I could not take the shorter parkway routes available; I'd think you'd take that into account, since it was a truck rental.

Uhaul moved my pick up location to 40min out of the way, in one direction. When I called to complain, I was met with push back. The manager was rude and defensive. If you watch The Office, it was kind of like Angela when she was working customer service. Last time I use Uhaul.

The manager did everything he could to help me, I am furious with UHaul as a company that the truck I reserved over 5 days in advance was not there for pick up. While I was there you, as a company changed my reservation to a van right before my eyes on the mobile app. I had to make multiple trips instead of just one and that took beyond the original 4 hours I reserved. A rental that should have cost me $40 ended up costing me $120.
