Customer service. Being charged an extra day when i was told to leave key in drop box, which would count for the day aslong as key is in box by the next biz day. Hours: pick up after 5, means truck due back next day after 5 same time but office is closed, fhereby they charge for an extra day. Very poor customer service when i called back for explanition of charges. I was not impressed and i am still waiting on the call back that was promised till now.MOTUNLAYO O.
The young lady that attended to me needs more time to learn manners and proper training on what to do and explain to customer. Truck was left behind with other people's personal belongings, nothing was cleaned.JAZMINEVELYN R.
Allow multiple day rentals! It takes almost a full day alone to load a 26 ft. truck. By the time you load it drive it to your destination and unload it your exhausted! Then you need to get up and do it again the next day. You 1 day rental policy sucks!LOUISJ P.
They show 7 dollys available for renting with the truck. I reserved one and arrived, as planned, 15 minutes before closing. They told me they didn't have any dollys. It was late and I called the u haul who told me that this location showed 7 dollys. But they had closed at this point. It was backbreaking to move without a dolly. Why let me reserve one if you have none. Why uhaul's own customer service shows this location has 7 available if they have none? It was late and I had no Choice - but i would have happily rented from another location if I could get the equipment I needed. This location put me in a bad spot - then they closed. Terrible customer care. Horrible. I'll never rent there again. Never.George S.
The app needs to be fixed! I spent 30 minutes trying to submit the odometer picture when returning the truck. I finally went to the website where it worked.Joseph H.

I rented a van. When I reveived it, the vehicle's windshield was dirty in the inside and outside some sort of sticky spill. The wipers were worn out. I cleaned it and returned clean. Also the oil change warning light was on. Other than that the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.JOSEPH I.

This uhaul location is a customer services counter in a supermarket. I waited in line for 15-20 minutes because customers were buying lottery tickets and other things. Once I was waited on it was fast and easy. They need a person who just helps uhaul customersDONNAM P.

your web site did not state that you must have a reservation to rent a truck. Had to go back home to make a reservation. When I went back the counter person was on the phone the whole time I was getting paper work done at the counter and on the phone when we walked to the yard to inspect the truck.DENNISEDWIN B.

My review is about the fact that the vehicle that we requested was not available because the vehicle had a transmission problem. We then had to get a vehicle that had to be returned back to the same location and were charge double the amount of tolls, which we could have avoided if we did not have to return to this location. The person who attended to us was helpful and respectful, but the inconvenience of having to return the vehicle to the location created MANY problems for us.raybelgerineldo B.

the service at the location was not that bad. but U haul 1800 number is bad. I was on hold for 52 minutes. I called a second time and I was on hold for another 52 minutes. I am not sure why but it needs to be improved.Stephanie V.

Whatever had been in our truck prior to us rented it... it smelled like a fish market. That was the only issue we had with it. Other than that, pickup and drop off was simple and efficient, it was affordable and convenient!David H.

As a drop off it was ok and the supermarket staff were very nice but could not help other than to take a message. I also cannot download a copy of my paid bill. The drop off location sent me a receipt that had no money showed on what I paid. Can I receive another copy of a paid receipt? Gracias.carol M.

I requested mobile pick up, and the Representative stated that there was an issue on U-Hauls side, so instead of picking up at 6 am, we ended up picking the truck up at 9 am. Had to wait until the shop was open. Not happy. Plus items I requested, hand carts, were not available.FRANCESELIZABETH S.

The mobile service is a good idea. It is horrible in practice. I spent an hour trying to complete the pick up. There is poor wireless service there so not the best idea to put an internet dependent service there. It should not take an hour to complete this fast and easy service. It would be a plus however the execution is just atrocious. I had trouble with the service last April but decided to give it a second try. I was disappointed again. Please invest a little to make your service work.Brendan H.

First, I had to wait a long time to get the vehicle. Second, the vehicle I got was dirty. They changed the vehicle and the one they gave me had a flat tire. What a waste of my time! The lack of hygiene and care with these vehicles at this place is extremely poor. I am going to notify the public health department as this is a customer hazard in reference to the Covid-19.JOSEF E.

The truck l received was dirty when l brought it to the attention of the person working the desk at the food market and asked for another truck she got a broom and swept the back out. I didn't notice until l was driving that the window knob was missing. So l couldn't lower my drivers side window. Check the trucks throughly before assigning them. Totally disappointedRUBEN A.

Made a reservation with uhaul and it was cancelled by the operator calling to schedule our pick up location when we asked a question about returning the truck later and what the fee would be. Then We were charged 3 times the amount the of the fee stated we would be and the inflated amount was charged to our credit card three times. We will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!TODDF N.
