make a better app for returning vehicles...I was in tears because the stupid app would not recognize my location and I thought I was going to get into trouble for it....there needs to be a better way to return vehicles when the store is closed.

It seems that anytime I need to rent a small U-Haul for the day, I end up being assigned the oldest, mustiest, grimiest truck despite there being several brand new trucks on the lot of the same size. I'm going to start renting from the other location to see if they offer better equipment.

i rented a pickup to get 4 doors for my house. total trip was less than 2 hours and only 19 miles. I was told I had to top off the fuel tank before I brought it back and I did. It was 2.68 gallons. when I told the general manager, she said it sounded about right at 6 miles per gallon. I questioned that statement and said the only logical explanation was that the tank was not topped off before I got it. her reply was "did you get a picture of it". I was not impressed with her attitude nor her knowledge of the vehicle. This vehicle could not possibly have used that amount of gas in 19 miles. I think I should have been reimbursed for the gas but instead was met with a smug tone from the manager. I will not be a returning customer.

They need more employees/ help at this location and when you're talking to the representative they need to let you know that there will be a deposit that has to be paid up front even if they have your credit card on file the customer representative on the phone never told me that.

Very helpful and overwhelmed staff, really showed concern to help us. They did not know I was moving my recently deceaced daughter's apartment things out of state. So, they helped us without knowing the reason, we really appreciated that help.

The manager we had was very calm, though it was overwhelmingly busy. The wiring that was installed did not work the whole trip and we were given a different trailer than what was on the paperwork so it was it made the return difficult.

It took me over an hour and a half to get the vehicle reserved. I wasn't told when making reservations that a debit or credit card was required to rent a cargo van or pick up truck and was toss no other vehicles were available. I had cash, but the salesperson wouldn't accept it for the deposit. Her only plan of action was to call the # I called to make reservations and see what they can do. After speaking with 4 reps, I was rented a different vehicle, after being told none were available. Upon returning to the site, it took another hour and a half to get the vehicle checked in. Three hours were wasted in checking in and out alone. The extensive time taken and the lack of concern for my needs was unacceptable.

I traveled 6 (six) miles had no ideling time Put $3 dollars of gas in and got charged $7 fuel fee. I know it's not an exact science but the human interpretation of the fuel level charges leaves something to be desired.

I towed my car across several states when got to the drop off location they told me that, the staff did not tie the back chain to my car and my car only held by front tire straps!

When I initially went in to the store 07/20/2017, I was told there were no 10' moving vans available 07/21/2017 so I was told I would have to reserve the more expensive moving van. But low and behold, when I booked online, I was able to reserve the 10' truck, and when I arrived this morning, they did say we don't have that truck. So they lied to me yesterday to try and make a bigger sale. In addition, there was a little bit of vary smal debris, dirt in the back of the truck when I returned the truck, and I was asked to sweep it out, even though I was never allowed to inspect it prior to taking the truck, the items I moved were not dirty, but at least they let me borrow a broom. overall the workers at this location are lazy, rude, and liars. Next time I'll use Budget, same rates as yours.

Pick up attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable of the truck. Went thru everything and answered all my questions. When I dropped the truck of the attendant on that day was nice but, a little too serious. Not unfriendly but, not very out going. Overall my experience was excellent.

Vehicle was great minus I didn't think to ask and didn't realize I needed one with ramps for easy furniture loading. Biggest gripe I had was "as long as you have it back by 7 am when we open...if you need more time and nobody needs the truck maybe even 8...". I had problems with a wedged piece of furniture I couldn't get out and finally rolled in at 8:15 after the gas station was " out of gas so I had to double back to refuel the truck. I returned it fuller than it was when I got it. In the end, I was charged for another entire day plus insurance because "somebody had reserved it overnight" yet there were many other trucks of the same size sitting there in the same spot as the day prior. I commented, "Well since I have paid for another day, I almost want to get the truck back and go move something else" to which the reply was, "Well they need the truck now..." The charged price per mile is a bit much as well. You quickly go from $29.95 to about $160 by the time they tack on all their this and thats plus a mkn-voluntary donation to help them keep the environment clean. Hell they already rape your wallet then they wanna donation to make their business look good when they "donate to....in support of the environment." Whatever!

I was supposed to drop off my equipment in ocean springs. My location got set to drop off in pearl. The person taking my reservation fucked up so I dropped the trailer off where I picked up. Now I have to pay a fee for dropping it off elsewhere because the person who took my order fucked everything up. Never renting from this location, or probably uhaul ever again.

Ensure that your equipment has fuel in it and clean and make sure that the people servicing the customers are professional at all times and use the proper language in front of those that are being waited on. Profane language should never be used in front of customers.
