The woman who issued me the uhaul and received the uhaul back into the store location, was rude and sassy. She acted like I messed up by going over 6 miles of the estimated 130 miles. You may need to teach her people skills. When people move they have other stresses on them and they do not need to put up with people like her.

Understaffed. Had 1 person working on a busy Saturday. She did not use her time wisely as she tried to help all here and there instead of in order which in my observation, and opinion, slowed all of us down. If staffed and someone called in and left the office short, I get that. But I really hope it’s not corporate staffing to only have one person on a Saturday as that’s not ideal.

Make sure the equipment is Road ready the truck that I was given was misfiring on more than two cylinders causing me to spend more in fuel money I would think twice or three times before I rent from U-Haul again and I would not recommend anybody

The internet was down when I arrived for my 8 am reservation. I didn’t get the truck until almost 9 o clock. The furniture pads I was charged for was not in the truck. Upon return I was told that I was not at the correct return location.When I went to return the truck the guy was really rude about helping me to get to the correct return location.

Internet was down at pickup time. Delayed schedule by one hour. Office employee did her best to get as much done as she could until internet came back up. She was great.

The vechile was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, tile light was on, oil change light was on. I tried to send the picture and comment but the website was down. I drove the truck 11 miles and returned it. The dealer would not return the rental fee. Never again U Haul.

Replacing gas in the vehicle was presented as an estimate. I was instructed to.bring back the vehicle with the fuel in the same range as I got it. The needle barely moved so I assumed that it was still in range. When I checked the vehicle back in early, I was charged 5.00 for 1/16th of a tank. It is the responsibility of the representative to explain in detail what the requirements are.

My uhaul was not cleaned at 12pm when I reserved it for 11am. The manager of the location seemed completely annoyed that I mentioned the $50 guarantee policy. She elaborated all the reasons it wasn’t cleaned yet. She even said, “we had a clean one but you chose the one that wasn’t ready.” I politely told her I was sorry, but I reserved online and I chose a size option not a specific truck. She then cleaned the truck and handed my husband the keys. I waited inside to double check the $50 guarantee. When she came in she snapped, “I already put the $50 on the account.” I said, “oh okay. Thank you. I just wanted to make sure because you didn’t say anything about it to me before finishing the truck. Hope you have a better rest of the day.” She huffed and said, “yea eventually I will.” Completely unprofessional to first of all, blame others and especially blame the customer. Secondly, I don’t need to know why it’s everyone else’s fault she was behind. Finally, I don’t know if they’re reprimanded if they have to give the $50 back for not being ready, but she had a terrible attitude for actually being the one to inconvenience us. A simple, “I’m so sorry your truck isn’t ready we’ve had a crazy morning. Ill have it ready in just a few minutes. To make up for your wait I will refund $50 for your reservation guarantee. I apologize for the inconvenience.” I work in customer service and this manager representing the entire location needs to be retrained.
