There is nothing to improve! The reservation, pick-up, and drop-off went without a hitch (pardon the pun). The young man who helped us at the store was very friendly and efficient. The truck we rented was clean and so easy to drive! This was my first experience renting and driving a u-haul vehicle, but it won't be my last!!! Thanks so much!

I would like to speak to a manager about my overall experience with the store and manager on Broadway Dr. The manager was rude and wasn't helpful or accommodating for the inconvenience we had renting one of the rental vehicles. Please if its possible can a manager call me at 6015412580 to discuss my visit. I was promised a discount on my rental to later be talked to rudely and denied the discount. Lying to a customer should never be allowed. Thank you for your time.

The manager and the person who helped us at the 7th street location (Hattiesburg, MS) was extremely rude to us and the other employees. He was constantly making sarcastic remarks and immature comments to us as he helped us but also to his subordinates. I could barely stand to be around him for 20 minutes and I cannot imagine how much patience it must take for the employees.

I was lied to, manipulated, and now being overcharged. I was lied to --, yesterday I had on a "reservation" to get a U-Haul the size of 6x12, at a Hattiesburg MS location. The guy at 7th street told me he just sold my U-Haul to someone else, where in fact the U-Haul came in with a problem with a bake Issue. I have pictures to proves this if you wish for me to send them to you. Found this out from a "new hire" servicing the trailers. Then I was manipulated into telling me if I ordered a smaller U-Haul. and the very next day if they find me the size I require, I would still get the U-Haul "6x12" for the same fixed rate of $150, and the smaller U-Haul would not be charged extra, nor it would not go against my 5-day request. However, I am getting charged for the smaller cost of the U-Haul plus the "6x12" U-Haul I previously reserved. "Since the pick-up locations are at two different locations, I get charged double for U-Haul's mistake for allowing the brake system to fail from a previous order? . If I am not re-reimbursed for the cost of the smaller U-Haul to be added to the total overall cost of $150, with insurance included as agreed upon when I reserved this U-Haul for the "6x12" on Tuesday, and end up being charged $200 or more; I really feel inclined to put your insurance to the test. And if additional costs are charged to my card, ill just close the account and let you take it up with collections, especially if the insurance doesn't cover damages. Plus I threw my back out loading this "6x12" U-Haul trying to load it by "myself" and ended up having to pay 2 girls at a firework stand when I picked up the U-Haul in Purvis MS, to help me load this "6x12" onto my truck. I should be reimbursed for paying these girls in helping me load this U-Haul! Especially since I was never told that at the Purvis location, they close at 5 pm. I ordered the U-Haul and had it reserved at 5 pm. But at 5 pm when I arrived, no person was there at the location to help me load the U-Haul. I did not reserve the U-Haul at 4:45 pm. I reserved it at 5 pm. I was at the location at 5 pm. No one was there, and the guy at the Hattiesburg U-Haul location told me to just pick it up. The lady in Jackson Mississippi told me she was going to get the mess strightened out with the person in the Hattiesburg MS order on 7th street, BUT SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!! AM I GOING TO BE DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THESE U-HAUL ORDERS WHEN THE MISTAKE IS U-HAUL'S FAULT? I GAVE ME DEBIT CARD NUMBER TO THE WOMAN IN JACKSON, TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING LEGALLY. PART OF ME FELT AS IF I SHOULD HAVE JUST RETURNED IT ON MONDAY WHEN THE STORE OPENED AND SAYING THANK YOU! AND REFUSED TO GIVE ANY CARD INFO OUT OVER THE PHONE LOL

They were not helpful during the registration time. They were rude and I would not recommend them again. After getting to my location, I found out they did not hook up my car on the trailer correctly. The U-Haul dealer at pickup was shocked the car did not fall off the trailer. DO NOT use this U-Haul dealer. I love U-Haul, but will never go back to this location.

A smoker had usesd this truck, nothing wiped down, it was dusty. Most of all the gentleman was rude, he would not even say good morning we he fianlly appeared 25 minutes late. We have rented from another location in the past, there we were very satisfied.

Only because no other trailers were available in Jackson, MS I have to drag this trailer all the way to Jackson as they had none in stock to rent - Poor management by U haul and the Jackson location was very rude as your Black female and did not know anything about the equipment yet she has been there 5 years , I guess she was hired because she was black to meet the quota,

The only drawback is that customers have to walk a good distance to get to the truck, which isn't problematic unless someone has difficulty with mobility or if there is inclement weather (for persons who have to leave their vehicle). Other than this, the service was great.

Over all everything went great. The truck air did not cool very well but we were making short trips so that was not a big issue. The staff was GREAT. Very NICE and HELPFUL, except for the manager that was rude.

The gas that was listed on the paper work was incorrect, It had that they was more gas that it actually was. When we realized it, we could not reach the location. So we had to buy more gas that we should have. The truck was very far from the building, and we had to find it ourselves. The guy was very nice, but he was alone and it was a very busy day.

Employee didn't check gas before I left. Was supposed to be 5/8 tank was 1/2 tank. When I called to inform them, they were trying to charge me for gas I didn't use. Called and talked to Manager and issue was resolved. Employees at this location are rather rude and need attitude adjustments. The one on Broadway Dr is even worse. I'll be going to Penske from now on.

This location charges insurance for the 9' cargo van whether you want it or not. I booked without it but they said I had to have it. I was able to chat with customer service and not get charged. If they are going to charge and it's allowed they should have some way to tell you up front when you book, not surprise you when you get there. Overall the car was nice and friendly though.

The guy was totally helpful. I explained to him what happened and how I felt inconvenienced and that it was wrong to make me pay the extra mileage fee. The guy calculated the mileage from my pickup location to where I actually reserved the truck which was approximately 48 miles. He then added that to the mileage allowed from Vicksburg to Hattiesburg which was 156 miles. By adding the the additional mileage I didn't go over the mileage allowed. I really appreciate him for doing this. Overall he turned a bad situation into a great on in the end. Thanks for everything.
