this location drop off is a joke . the two trucks i reted was parked side by side, the truck i dropped off to this person says the truck was 5 miles over the allowed milage for my move. first let me say, i was suppose to get a 26 ft truck, which a 26 ft truck was there but for some reason i couldnt get the truck even so i had reserved a26 ft truck 2 or 3 days a head of time, so i got a 20 ft., finally. we were running about 3 to 4 hours behon because of u haul.. ok thats the 1st truck, now the 2nd truck also a twenty ft truck.when i set my appointments, i was with the understanding both trucks would be returned to the same retun station, oh no, the one at station 1 told me if i brought the other truck to him i would be hit with some high charges. not very nice..so all of the trouble u haul caused me, was not taken under considerration, but i wont forget it. The manager was friendly. Overall uhaul customer service is garbage. There was no option for me to extend rental online and no one answers the phone. No one answered my attempt to chat either. I was supposed to pick up on Broadway Drive when I arrived they had given my trailer away. Then they sent me to seventh Street. As I drove down the street after picking up a smaller trailer because the trailer that they had that was my size had a flat tire, the trailer fell off of the hitch because the employee had not tightened it enough.Timothy C.
Truck had been stuck on your lot. Mud was in tires and slung up on the side of the box. Also there was a broken table left in the truck and the 2 wheeled dolly was broken. The inside of the cab was clean. As far as your location, your employees were great, but the computer system seemed to be having issues.Welmon D.

The whole experience sucked. I ordered the truck for my son. I gave the person on the phone my debit card info. When he got there, they made him use his card. They charged him one way when I clearly told them to charge my card for a round trip. I called the office in Hattiesburg, MS on 7th street. I told them he didn't have the money in his account. They put $175 on his card. I told them to call me for the balance. When he returned the truck, I gave them my card again to charge an additional $75. The girl there pushed a button wrong so my card wouldn't be accepted. They ran the additional amount in my son's card. I specifically told them to run my card again. Not his. It wound up freezing his bank account because guess what??!!!!! He didn't have the money as I told them initially over the phone and again when he returned the truck. The staff there cannot follow simple directions to card a mother's card who has the money vs my son's card who does not have the money. Very frustrating!!!! It resulting in me making two separate transfers of money to my sonâ€˜s account, which SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN USED PER MY INSTRUCTIONS......TWICE!!!!!!Miles E.
