The customer service for U-Haul customers is terrible. The woman clerk was more interested in consignment sales. I rented a 10 foot truck online and they switch my rental to a 20 foot truck for more money. I was able to get a filthy old 10 foot truck after a slight delay. This was my worst UHaul customers experience ever.
MELVYN HThe equipment was horrible. The steering wheel was angled at 10 o’clock in order to drive straight. I was also told the truck was full on gas, but it was at a quarter tank. Several warning/service lights came on while driving.
TIMOTHY BCheck engine light came on during the rental period. Truck was reserved for 24 hours, however, it was double-booked which required i return it same day.
