At this particular location, they were the only ones that honored my temporary license since I had to renew my license online. The Pennsylvania Department of transportation said to print it out and carry it with my license, and that it would be good. It was not! At this particular location, they were very cooperative with me. I don't like the fact that I had to name a reference that turned out to be someone who owed U-Haul. I was therefore punished and not able to rent the truck because of that individual, all because my legal document was not honored. I went to three other U-Haul locations, and they would not accept my legal document. Other than that, I would have given Red Door an excellent! That lady at the counter really worked with me, and I was able to rent a vehicle thank goodness!

We were told that he would email us the final invoice.I have checked my email and no invoice is to be found. We were also told that we would either be charged or credited about the mileage. I feel this location is not very professional. In the past we rented a truck from Penske to travel across the states from California. We will have to think hard about using haul in the future.
