RAYFORD GI requested a 10 ft or 15 ft truck. I was told they would only rent to me the 20 ft truck “or loose it.” I do not have experience driving a 20 ft truck and had to park in reverse more than once. I did NOT appreciate that I drove away in the 20 ft truck when there was a 15 ft truck on the lot. It was upsetting and stressful when we already had a big day ahead of us.
