The equipment was fine and worked well. The price for the truck at this location compared to others I had gotten over the phone were much less for the same truck and distance. This location charged me $600.00 more than the quotes I had gotten but had to take this one because i had no transportation to the others. I was dropped off there thinking I would get a similar rate as the other 2 I had enquired to over the phone. I told him I had gotten much less quotes from 2 other locations and he just asked me at that point if I wanted it or not realizing I didn't have much option at that time. Again, the truck worked great and provided for what I needed but felt gouged on the price.

It would be nice to have a appliance dolly included when you rent a truck to move without an additional cost but it wasnt a deal breaker, would still recommend this location to anyone. Friendly and informative people to work with

PAUL LThis was an after hours return. The parking lot was full and it hadn't been plowed after the snow. My main complaint is that there is NO dropbox for the keys! How is this allowed? What if the truck was stolen after I dropped it off? Would I be liable?
