I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for returning the vehicle as I picked it up as well as annotating that the vehicle was not clean when I picked it up.
The cab of the truck was extremely dirty.
Notification if the truck is louder than the norm. Something had been removed from the truck in theft that didn't affect how it ran but how loud it was. I would have requested another truck. Other than that, excellent service overall!!

Because I had to wait on someone to come from somewhere else in the store both times I went there. I'd rather go to a Uhaul store, the reps are there when you enter to store.

My reservation included a utility dolly and 12 pads. They didn't have the dolly and only 10 pads were available until I found some bunched in the back of the truck.
This location, staff and customer was great after having a horrible experience with 1023 Mercury Blvd, Hampton VA on the same day.

You can make sure that your company follows through with an Online/ phone order make sure that the extra tools that customers rent are in the truck and make sure that the lights on the truck works especially if you have an customer who's gonna be picking up an truck after hours, make sure that they don't get the run around like I did I've waisting so much time on Uber that it was unbelievable from getting a ride from one place to another... someone In customer service stated to me about an refund for my tool rental and another for the truck rental they said that they would but hey that never happened.. they fell short once again on there word then they said that I had an storage that I didn't want at all says that it comes with the rental. But hey I'm just little ol me sometimes when big business becomes quite large they become very relaxed like it's not competition out here they need to keep the same energy that put them in business in the first place like keeping your word to an customer making sure that the vehicles are safe on the road having the availability and the extra that customers pay for like dollies etc..
I was over the time i discussed with the representative. Arrived after the ace hardware closed. So i went to the text. Went to return vehicle. And the web site was not helpful. I placed the keys into the return box assuming the workers would check first thing. I got booked for two days when i only used it for about 3.5 hours... So no. Either have a better website or have employees that check in returns first thing. I'm a disabled homeless veteran. Thank you . i need every penny i can get... So i don't appreciate the employees bout checking the return box first thing... Would hate for someone to be expected to do their job...

The equipment was well maintained but the cargo area was pretty nasty when I received it. It had not been swept or cleaned from the previous rental and smelt like animal and urine. I borrowed a broom from the store and cleaned it myself so I would not have any of the nasty debris that was left over at my house.
my hitch on the rental truck fell off and i had to pull off the side of the road... took too long for the Uhaul assistance... ended up having a strange help. very disappointed. i feel i should be totally refunded for the truck rental. this is not how i planned to spend my saturday afternoon... on the side of the highway!

The truck could have been cleaned better. The dashboard and cup holder every were dirty and sticky. Also when I got in my truck the seat was wet because some had left the window opened.
The clerk was not knowledgeable and arrogant.
Air conditioner went to a warm breeze during the trip. It never went to cold and we had to have the windows open the entire trip. Accessory outlet on drivers side was inop. Middle port was inop. Only port that worked was on passenger side.

Everyone was super zac was a really big help at every challenge i had moving and always helpful and made suggestions on how best to handle everything
Sean, store manager, was giving me a $20 credit on my rental. I have not seen this hit my charge card?? Overall a very good experience.
I had pick up scheduled for friday at 530pm so that we could load the truck then Saturday morning unload at new place I picked up the truck and first noticed only 1 dolly when I ordered 2. then I went to pick up my son and the truck wouldn't start when we tried to leave. I had no one to. jump us until Saturday morning. then after getting truck loaded battery was dead again. had to wait for a jump. after emptying truck it died again. once again waited for a jump. so I paid for 2 days because your truck wouldn't start. it was a horrible experience
