Staff at Ace was excellent!! Zero complaints. The truck I rented however, needs to be put in a shop. I am used to driving old worn out vehicles so I had no issue really. People not used to driving a vehicle that badly needs an alignment could definitely be put in a serious situation! Hell, I even ended up in the wrong lane on a turn. I highly recommend placing this truck into maintenance immediately! And no, I don't want a free rental or anything like that. I am genuinely concerned for the next customer.

Everything was simply fantastic!!!!! Walked in and it took about 5 minutes since I had filled out everything on-line. The reps were so nice and friendly. I was so impressed how quick the process was for picking up and dropping off was. Everything was exceptional!!!!

The truck itself leaked and rain got our furniture and boxes wet. When letting the gal know at the returning location, she did not care and did nothing about it. We are very DISAPPOINTED in our experience. We trusted that the truck to move our items with care & it did not!

The Uhaul pick up truck I rented was very dirty. Food crumbs everywhere. It looked like it hadn't been clean in awhile. It also smelled of cigarettes which just being in the cab for 5 minutes I started to get a headache. The tire pressure light was on the vehicle along with low washer fluid. I was very disappointed. These vehicles should be inspected regularly and they're not.

Was not ready when I got there. Was told I was overbooked. They tried to give me another one booked me ma'am, I paid for it, they went to go get the keys and somebody had another register was giving it to somebody else . Finally after an hour I was able to get a truck The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because the gentleman that helped me did did the most that he could to help

I'm being over charged for going 5 miles round trip and fuel usage that I paid money to refill to just UNDER half a tank...... Uhaul obviously needs to train their employees and Ace Hardware how to properly use the billing software. I am LIVID!!!!!

Fix the App! I had a hard time trying to check in for return It kept telling me to take a picture of the dash for fuel and mileage but wouldn't accept my picture. Wasted 45 minutes plus trying to get it to work right.

They were very unprofessional rental hadn't been checked in didn't get it on time they lied at store saying I left food in car and it wasn't returned on time which was all a lie will never rent from them again Manager of this location is Godfrey and he does not provide any help to customers.

This location double charge me because I was running late returning. I called them to let me know and they said they honor a grace period for returning but, that wasn't true. Don't rent here.

Make sure that you have all the accessories that you offer on hand for the customers. When I reserved my truck I was asked if I needed a dolly and I told them yes and was charged the fee for the dolly. However when I picked up the truck there was no dolly. When i told the store that no dolly was put on the truck their response was oh we dont have anymore dollies. We managed our move without it but it definitely made it much more difficult than it had to be.

The 12x6 trailers do not feature a way to remove or install onto a hitch besides having to physically lift the front end. This makes it physically impossible to do when the trailer is completely loaded up. I recommend IHaul to incorporate something to assist in this matter.

I feel I was ripped off I got charged for cleaning fee and there was no dirt or sloppiness in the bed. I was also charged for not checking in after hours but your location system on the app wasn't working so I could not check in---very disappointed since I rent 3-4x/year from u-haul and this is the first time I was ripped off

The vehicles are always dirty, trash, dirt, dog hair, windows dirty, etc. Uhaul should have people cleaning the vehicles on a regular basis.

They did not have the dolly we had reserved and the truck recommended by a Uhaul rep on the phone was not big enough. Now we have to rent another truck for this weekend to finish the move started last weekend. Thank goodness our apartment lease doesn't expire until this weekend or we world have been screwed!

I have used uhaul numerous times and NEVER have I ever paid 116.36. I have gone to the SAME location for years. This time I chose to go to Ace hardware to pick up the truck bad choice. I got the uhaul and the truck died on me. I had to call emergency roadside assistance to come jump us. I ALSO ALWAYS sweep my trucks out and this time I went the extra mile and even cleaned the mud off the tires and turned the truck in early. My truck wasn't due back until 630pm it was returned at 4pm. And I was charged a cleaning fee of 25.00 and 1.00 just because? I'm soooo confused. And this time I moved closer than the other moves and I ALWAYS get a 20ft. I just know now never EVER EVER go there again.

Provide a truck in good working order. The hazard lights didn't always work, the right side mirror kept drooping (making it dangerous to shift lanes to the right), and the air conditioning only worked for approximately 15 minutes.

Yes, once reservation has been made, ensure the reservation number of rental equipment is in the data system at the rental pickup location. This will eliminate waiting time to identify the individual information is keyed in at the location desired. The UHaul representatives were courteous and helpful at this location. Gracias.

I am reviewing my credit card charges and there are three (3) pending charges of $64.41. Why am I being charged that many times; 8/28 was pick up. The other dates were 8/29 which was Sunday when I returned van. There is also a pending charge today on 8/30 for $64.41. How you bill is my biggest problem!! Service was excellent at Aces & very convenient.

If a customer request something with their rental to make sure it is there. I requested a dolly and the guy forgot to give it to me but assured me that I could come the next morning to get it and they did not have it the next morning. I happened to notice another location in route to where I was going and thank God that location was able to provide one to me.
