I was over the time i discussed with the representative. Arrived after the ace hardware closed. So i went to the text. Went to return vehicle. And the web site was not helpful. I placed the keys into the return box assuming the workers would check first thing. I got booked for two days when i only used it for about 3.5 hours... So no. Either have a better website or have employees that check in returns first thing. I'm a disabled homeless veteran. Thank you . i need every penny i can get... So i don't appreciate the employees bout checking the return box first thing... Would hate for someone to be expected to do their job...

The equipment was well maintained but the cargo area was pretty nasty when I received it. It had not been swept or cleaned from the previous rental and smelt like animal and urine. I borrowed a broom from the store and cleaned it myself so I would not have any of the nasty debris that was left over at my house.

my hitch on the rental truck fell off and i had to pull off the side of the road... took too long for the Uhaul assistance... ended up having a strange help. very disappointed. i feel i should be totally refunded for the truck rental. this is not how i planned to spend my saturday afternoon... on the side of the highway!

The truck could have been cleaned better. The dashboard and cup holder every were dirty and sticky. Also when I got in my truck the seat was wet because some had left the window opened.

Air conditioner went to a warm breeze during the trip. It never went to cold and we had to have the windows open the entire trip. Accessory outlet on drivers side was inop. Middle port was inop. Only port that worked was on passenger side.

I had pick up scheduled for friday at 530pm so that we could load the truck then Saturday morning unload at new place I picked up the truck and first noticed only 1 dolly when I ordered 2. then I went to pick up my son and the truck wouldn't start when we tried to leave. I had no one to. jump us until Saturday morning. then after getting truck loaded battery was dead again. had to wait for a jump. after emptying truck it died again. once again waited for a jump. so I paid for 2 days because your truck wouldn't start. it was a horrible experience

Was treated extremely rudely when I asked if I could just drop off the keys and then charged a SECOND day after being forced to wait for your employee while he purposely took his time with the customer ahead of me, causing my return to be a few minutes late, and also falsified the initial mileage. NEVER AGAIN. I will be sure to make sure every colleague, family member & friend learns of how this place operates and to not rent from you all.

Truck was not cleaned out. Online check in did not work. I made the reservation 2 weeks before rental but location did not have dolly that was ordered. I got there a little early (under 1 hour) and system tried to charge me for 2 day rental. This with previous uhaul experience at the beginning of the month I do not think I will use uhaul again.

Location was perfect for my cargo van pickup. Checked in with the counter personnel and had my van within 5 minutes. Van was clean and in great condition. I had no issues at all with this location. Thanks for making my move less stressful.

The associate was not pleasant at all. No smile. No manners. Just somewhat rude and for sure unfriendly. The truck ramp was dirty with rocks and powdered cement. The “Moms Attic” shelf had same substance. The associate made us feel like we were a pain, all we did was arrive to pick our truck up.

I did the app based check in , picking up the key was a chore. Waited in one line, to have someone radioed to grab the key and hand it to me. Returning was a similar process as the key Dropbox would not fit the key to the truck. Truck complained of needing the oil changed, being out of washer fluid and seemed to have a failing exhaust system. The bed of the truck had been replaced but not repainted which didn't matter, but did not match the photos at pickup we let the store know and they noted it on the transaction.

The worker helping me was amazing. Wish I was able to get his name. Just one problem. I order a appliance dolly, online with my reservation. At pick up, I was told they don't have them in the store, I was picking up a washer and dryer I really needed that dolly. I had to drive 4 miles to another U-Haul to retrieve the dolly. I wasted about 30 minutes of my time just doing that. I didn't hassle long about the extra miles or the time lost, I'm certain it was because I received great customer service while in the store.

The uhaul rep had a vehicle issue and I understand that but the dolly wasn't put into the truck the night before and no one at Ace would help me with getting the dolly. I had to wait an hour past my time because the the dolly wasn't prepped in the truck. He was very nice and helpful once he got in but it wasn't a good experience renting online.

The pickup was dirty inside and out. The outside looked like it had been driven on a construction site with dirt in the wheel well and in the bed. It was obvious that the exterior had not been washed in a while. The inside floorboard and seats had what looked like rock dust. A great truck, but just dirty. I washed the exterior before returning, but the inside needs a good cleaning. I like the mobile pick up option, but it didn't seem to save any time. way too many steps and slow.

I was lied to about the truck rental price,and I'm seeing 3 different charges deducted from my card totalling 187 dollars for a 19 dollar truck.even with mileage.i would not recommend going to Ace hardware store to rent your uhaul

This location did NOT have a drop box for the Uhaul keys after hours. It took us 75 minutes of being on the phone with multiple Uhaul people to figure out what to do with the keys. I would NOT use this place as a drop off location after hours!

This was the worse moving experience ever. I originally reserved a pickup over the phone at 1 location only to arrive and be rerouted to another location. When I arrived to the Ace location they were new to the U-Haul experience. This delayed the renting process. Not only was I waiting for A HOUR, I had to show a paystub, and they had to call 2 references to determine who I was. I have never experienced that level of humiliation before. So I returned the truck and I could not get a receipt for 5 FIVE days. I got no refund for my deposit yet because the employee didn't properly close out my order. I did not get a receipt because it was a new system that no one had knowledge of. The delay of them processing a simple pickup truck caused me to miss my appointment. I wasted all that time and unnecessarily spent that money.
