I think what really needs to be known is how to check back in your vehicle after hours. We got there, dropped it off, and put the keys in the slot and had NO idea we had to stay there to share our location and photos. We weren’t even told we had to log into our account, it wasn’t until I called customer service to ask them if there was anything I needed to do after dropping off the vehicle. That really needs to be known and explained, since we left the location and as I was logging in, saw that step and had to call customer service because we were too far away to return.

Excellent service, great people, and amazing hearts. To make the service superior, please accept this suggestion: Kindly double check to make sure the interior is clean. There was lots of dog hair on the middle seat and some people may have allergies. Thank you.

Customer personnel should be more courteous and friendly. The time that is booked for an individual should be carried out promptly. More than 20 people were given the same time. This should be rectified

Rescheduled my rental to 3:30 from an original booking time of 1:00. Just a day before. Really messed up our moving day!!! The travel cost was based on Kms when booking but when I got my final bill it was based on miles.

They did not have the 15 foot truck that I reserved. This happened to the three other people behind me as well. I had to use a small cargo van to move my things and had to make 5 different trips back and forth. They were extremely unorganized- despite the reservation I had to wait in line for 1.5 hours.

Truck exterior appeared to have been washed but the outside rear view mirrors were so filthy that we had to stop and clean them both. Cargo area of the truck was not clean. We had to sweep out the crud before we loaded it.

Maybe there was a lack of communication, but when I walked in to ask about renting a vehicle I was told there were none available. In desperation I called when I got home, and in fact there was a vehicle available. Very pleased with their assistance.

I dropped off my truck here after hours; although my original drop-off location was a few KM away there was no problem with dropping it off here and they didn't create any issues because of it. They sent my contract back to me promptly the next day with extra mileage charge and accurate gas tank reading. Thank you for no hassles and honesty!

I had booked and confirmed to pick up vehicle at Big Bear on LImeridge Road west and when I arrived to pick up vehicle I was told it was not there and I would have to go to Upper Welliington to get the vehicle. I particularly chose this location as it was closet to my place where I had 6 people ready to help me load the truck. This caused a needless delay and no apology was given. In fact the sales person just smiled and laughed and said I would have to go to upper Wellington to pick the 15 foot truck up and return it there - this was very inconvenient. No adjustment was made to the price for the inconvenience this caused me for the extra travel and delay in the pickup process

Buy better trucks. My truck was old and made many extremely odd noises will driving in town and on highway. Staff at the location where very helpful. The truck was the worst part of it all.

The rubbers on the trailer chain hook were missing, they had to take it from another trailer and also they were a bit ripped and kept falling off.

Please ensure that the correct truck is available, especially when the customer books it weeks in advance. We had ordered a 17-inch truck 3 weeks in advance of our moving date only to learn that it was not available for when we had booked it. Aside from that, the 15-inch truck we were given got the job done and was clean/in order. Thank you.

I tried the self serve but thevtruck assigned to me was the farthest awsy and after trying to move five trucks to get it out they gave up and registered me the old way with a diffetent vehicle. This had loose steering a mirror that kept moving out position and a noise occasionally from the differential. Not this dealers fault. Old equipment. Good thing I was going a short distance or I would have returned it for another.

I'm a returning customer, having rented multiple vehicles at the Upper Wellington location. The service has been hit or miss, but was a definite miss twice when a specific young man was serving. Once, I came in to rent a van and he was inattentive, speaking with another coworker about something between them the whole time I was being served. Inattention isn't great service, but I just let it go. He's young and I don't expect extravagant service when I rent a van. The same young man served me the other day when I came in to rent an appliance dolly. He was dismissive and unhelpful to the older ladies in front of me. Then when it was my turn, he took my order, then told me that next time I must not park where I parked. There's no clear place for customers to park, so I thought I had parked out of the way enough. Turns out I had parked close to another no parking sign. My bad. I agreed and said I'd park elsewhere next time. Then he kept at it, with someone in line behind me, talking about how inconvenienced he was by my parking and that an employee had to drive around my car. I said okay, again, showing that I understood. I asked him where I should park next time. He said "anywhere else" and then continued to repeat himself. How inconvenient it was and how clear the signage was. I nearly walked out, but I needed the dolly and was on a tight timeline. It felt like he wouldn't let it go until he was satisfied that I understood how awful my decision was and how it had impacted his life. I'm a customer service professional and, as you can probably guess, I was very disappointed with my experience. To be near-berated, and told about how much I had inconvenienced an employee when I'm trying to give him my money is outrageous. I can't remember the last time I was this disappointed with a customer-service experience. I'm now a detractor. I'll tell others to avoid this place and I'll be investigating other companies when I inevitably have the need. I certainly don't plan on returning to this U-Haul location.
