Customer service was great! The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful at all times. I had an issue creating an account online and they helped me very quickly. I definitely would recommend this location to friends and family.
I opted to do the mobile check in. When we arrived to pick up the truck, I went through all the steps but still had to go inside and wait in line to get the keys. When I questioned this, the girl at the counter had some attitude and seemed exasperated that I was even asking. When we returned the truck, the next day, it was the same thing ... did the mobile check in, but the key box outside was taped off and there was a sign posted to go inside to drop off keys. Why advertise the convenience of skipping the line with mobile checkin if that's not actually An option?
Usually the equipment is I very good condition, I'm sure it was a rare oversight that the trailer l, this time was not. I spoke to the gentleman accepting returns about my concerns and he seemed to genuinely care and said they would address my concerns for the next customer.
Your computers and POS is very slow. Please upgrade your systems
Staff didn't care about my concern with the billing. They could even explain it correctly to me. They seemed to be high. The truck smelt of marijuana. They couldn't even bother to really help a person looking to replace his hitch ball. The team here was pathetic. I some how doubt that any type of sanitation procedure s were being followed with COVID 19. If this was my team they would be all unemployed. They experience in the morning was wonderful don't know what happened to them after

I was double charged for my rental.
I had a confirmed reservation in Burlington and the trailer was never returned that I waited 2 hours for and then I was sent to Barton over 60k out of my way - very bad experience
Make sure that equipment is at the location were it is ordered from, nothing worse then having to run someplace else to get it on the day your moving.
Driver returning vehicle had no complaints, and was positive about his experience.

I voiced my complaints and have sent an email with regards to the condition of the equipment that i rented. The truck was very dirty inside I actually had to spend my own time cleaning it. I asked for a different truck and all the pickup trucks they had available were in worse condition than the one I was renting. I was hoping for some sort of refund back onto my credit card to rectify this issue. With this pandemic still active I am surprised that these trucks were in such bad condition. I was under the impression that businesses were supposed to follow sanitary precautions. Please let me know if a refund is possible thanks. Marietta
Very pleased with the way we were served. Staff were very friendly and polite. Can't suggest anything to improve service.
Have more employees. Wait time was a little ridiculous when dropping off the vehicles. Availability of vehicle, though, was great.
We ordered a 15 foot truck with an appliance dolly, specifically to move a heavy piano. When picking up the truck, we double checked and confirm with the workers that the dolly was in the truck. We drove 1.5 hours to pick up the piano, and opened the truck to find there was no dolly. We had to then drive out of our of our way to find something to help us move this piano, drive back and lift it by hand into the truck. We then drove back, then an extra 20 minutes out of the way to go back to Uhaul to pick up the dolly since the whole reason we went to Uhaul was for the dolly in order to be able to carry a standup piano up 1.5 flights of stairs. Drove 20 minutes back to unload the piano, then 20 minutes back to Uhaul to drop the truck off. Overall we drove an extra 1.5 hours which is not cheap on gas or mileage fees. Upon delivering this story, the very nice gentleman helping went to get his boss. His boss came out, didn't even look at me or say hello, he just said â€œJust give her $30 offâ€ and left for the day. I was shaking at the incredible disrespect and blatant sexism from this man. It felt like he might as well have said â€œGive her $30 to shut her up.â€ And $30 doesn't even cover half of the gas, not to mention mileage. The nice young man helping me was able to increase that to $60 off but there was nothing else he could do since his boss left for the day. $60 didn't even cover the gas. Our bill was still $235, and we were still charged for the dolly. My partner hurt his back from having to lift the piano without it. Never been so disappointed and enraged at the treatment I received.
Ordered a utility and appliance dolly, they were not in the truck. My wife had to go after the location opened and get them in her suv.
