Nothing. This location was helpful and friendly. I rated average for location purely because it was a convince store and not a big U-Haul location. Other than that nice people and 0 issues.

The people at the store were really great. Kudos to them. The truck itself, however, was completely on empty when I picked it up. The empty light went on about 500m from the store. Also UHaul changed the location of the pick-up at the last minute. This wasn't a huge deal, but a bit of a pain in the butt.

ByungJoo C.Truck had not been cleaned, back was full of drywall dust and other debris. To be fair when I called Bridgeview they offered I could return the truck and they would clean it but spending time and money for the kilometers wasn't worth it so I cleaned it myself. They offered money back but it was too much hassle to go back. Anybody using this location really check the equipment before you leave the lot.
