Make sure the gas tank is full when vehicle is picked up
GARY WU haul did not provide a furniture dolly nor furniture pads that I ordered. It makes it very difficult to move large and awkward furniture without it.
Elizabeth CMake it clear when booking that furniture pads are not available at this location rather than have them arrive and be disappointed

Boxin ZThe truck was very dirty inside the trailer. Interior of cab was ok but not very clean, surfaces were grimy. I asked for pads and a dolly and neither were present so I had to go in and ask the store clerk who had a dolly but no pads. The high cost was not worth the quality of service received.

Iurii ITruck did not have a gas cap. Truck did not have gas (<1/8 tank) - we were told to go straight to a gas station. BUT not to put too much gas in because there was no cap. Neither door closed properly. We "ordered" 10 of the furniture blankets and they had none. Really it was not a safe truck to drive.

jarmo pNothing. This location was helpful and friendly. I rated average for location purely because it was a convince store and not a big U-Haul location. Other than that nice people and 0 issues.
Kayla PThe people at the store were really great. Kudos to them. The truck itself, however, was completely on empty when I picked it up. The empty light went on about 500m from the store. Also UHaul changed the location of the pick-up at the last minute. This wasn't a huge deal, but a bit of a pain in the butt.

ByungJoo CTruck had not been cleaned, back was full of drywall dust and other debris. To be fair when I called Bridgeview they offered I could return the truck and they would clean it but spending time and money for the kilometers wasn't worth it so I cleaned it myself. They offered money back but it was too much hassle to go back. Anybody using this location really check the equipment before you leave the lot.

Austin PFull transparency. You mention you are charging for KM, but you do not mention anything about gas plainly to see while processing the order. So, I had to go drive to the gas station to re-up the gas a notch so you wouldn't charge me ridiculous amounts.
Scott pApp can be improved.The odometer reading and the fuel reading failed to get uploaded through the app. We had to switch to mobile website to upload it. In the meantime the return deadline time was approach and the fuel was getting used up as the vehicle had to be kept switched on for the odometer reading to be uploaded. The mobile application was difficult to navigate from the start as it was showing a lot of difficulty for the location to be read. Overall it was a frustrating experience considering it was our first time renting U-Haul. The service provided is better by your counterparts.
