The last rental was terrible the truck felt like a safety hazard to rent. If I would've had the opportunity to not drive it I would've taken it in a second. I called the main number to voice my concerns and they were completely unhelpful suggesting that I not drive it and wait until the location was open. Obviously if that was an option to wait I would've done that rather than waste money on a terrible truck.

William H.Maybe the next time a husband and wife come in there we don't have a huge man standing way off in the back staring at us , until we finished with the checking truck out it felt very intimidating and it felt kind of racist.
