Was sent to a 3rd location, got the truck after 45 minutes trying to get the photos to be accepted. All in all it was inconvenient and sloppy. Probabaly wont do it again.

Carol W.Your pre check in from home is a farce. Why should we bother to upload pics of our DL and choose insurance, when the pick up loc has no record of them. The problem is your IT system, not the pick up loc.

Jorge H.I paid to rent a utility dolly with my uhaul truck. I tried to check in on my mobile phone, but it wasn't working. So, I went inside for help. They helped me through checkout and asked me if I had purchased any materials, to which they saw I rented the dolly, as well as I said aloud that I rented it. No one got my a dolly at that point, so I assumed it was already in the truck, since I was set up to do the mobile check in initially.

BRIAN S.The one way rental truck was dirty, food, garbage, dried mud and dust. There was something that appeared to be dried soda all over the radio area. There was a fake fur in the cargo area. The driver door is broken and has trouble latching resulting in the warning "Driver door not closed" . The fuel cap does not fit properly and the "Tighten Fuel Cap" light would come on. The body of the truck had visible damage to the passenger side.

MARIAM A.The parking lot was a sheet of ice by the trucks and in the area you park your car. I have an approximate time to return which was 3 pm. Called at 139 pm to let them know I would be late. I was told the truck was retested at 3 and it needed to be back. I called they haul main number and they acted like it was no problem. They accommodated my need. The truck was returned around 430 pm.

I hired 2 helpers from Better Labor to help move everything and I honestly am glad I got the guys I did, because they were amazingly respectful, kind, and fast. They made this move flow better than I thought it would go. I am definitely going to use them again since I had such a great experience.

RICH S.I rent a pickup truck for 1 hour, and drove 16 miles in that time. Upon return, I turned in the keys and was told I was good to go. 20minutes later I received an email receipt that I closed a charge for 3 gallons of gas, $15 extra dollars, that I didn't use or sign for. Now, after 2 emails and 2 phone calls, I can't get in touch with anyone at this location to discuss or correct the charge.

JAMES C.This was literally the best uhaul place I have ever seen or used before the gentleman was kind and understanding to the situation I was in trying to help an elderly woman get out of her apartment in a very short amount of time and things didn't go as planned he was very understanding about the whole situation I would definitely recommend this site to anyone. On top of that they had like a yard sale set up in the waiting area with really good prices and things. Couldn't of asked for a better experience!

JAMES C.Swept sand out of the box three times. Every time I opened the overhead door more would fall out on my stuff. Then, as I was preparing to bring the vehicle back, I started the engine and decided to sweep the box out one more time to addressed a cleaning fee. The door shut behind me and the door locked. An hour and $155 dollars later I was on my way. A crappy way to end an otherwise blah experince.

BRENDA M.I stopped in rented at 20 ft truck on Saturday @9;30 a, got the key for the truck. Said i would be back with my brother to get the truck. arrived back @1 pm no truck. They made a new key and rented the truck out. all they could do was say sorry for the inconvenience. ended up finding me a 15ft on Sunday

I am a event promoter I have been using uhaul to move my stuff to events for 4 years now and it pisses me off that I have to fight to get the rental for more then 1 day I need to rent a 26 foot truck for a week but your system will only let me do 1 day This is stupid and needs to be changed sometimes someone needs a truck longer them a day and the fact I have called corporate and got no changes and then had to go to the location to tell them to mark it out for a week or they will just not get it back makes things hard change this or I will he finding another way to get my stuff to events when I go to put in the reservation it needs a option for extended rentals
JOHN J.Notify me as to the unavailability at the preferred and reserved location and let me decide if I want to change pickup locations. I was switched to this location without prior knowledge nor correspondence. I was just emailed that it had been switched. Not good.
