The original drop off location was at Broadway and I was treated TERRIBLE there and was told to return it elsewhere so we drove to this location and the owner was super nice, assisted us with everything and very friendly. I would have liked this location to pop up when scheduling it originally because it was 100% better than our original scheduled drop off. The original drop off location was hands down the worst customer service I've ever received

The truck was in good condition and clean, however my husband and I feel as though they are extremely dishonest about their mileage. Therefore I wouldn't recommend a friend to a place that we do not trust.

Would be nice if the trailers had a spare tire. If need be there should be a deposit for the spare to insure you receive it back with the trailer.

I can't think of anything to improve. Staff assisted in providing me a full 24 hours of service vs. Only 4 hours. Speedy checkin/out and once I returned the truck and waited on a ride home, staff made multiple attempts to ensure I had transportation home. A+ experience.

To make sure customer has 2 keys. I locked my key insude the truck and cost me 75.00 cash to have a towing company open the truck for me. You can also charge a deposit for the 2nd key....
