Next time when the regional office handles the reservation they should tell the customer that even though they say you have it for 24 hours you really don't. I was told that I had 24 full hours. When I dropped it off they were trying to charge me for an extra day cause they said it was to be back by 10:45pm the night I rented it. Yet again i was told by the regional office that I had from 5pm on 4-24-17 till 5pm on the 25. They lied. Thankfully the nice girl at Safe and Sound only charged me the 1 day fee. I'm very happy with the ladies there..but I don't planning to use uhall again.

1 truck, 1 dolly, six hours... total charged: $279. I was charged for two days on everything- truck, equipment, and insurance. The truck didn't start with the gas stated, I was charged for gas I didn't use and to fill it to a point it wasn't at. Take pics of odometer and gas gauge at pick up! They will rob you. The lady at the counter kept complaining about lunch, and told me men were useless. The check engine light was on the whole time. Never use this uhaul location.

Rose was super helpful and nice. Thanks again! My only compliant is to UHAUL specifically. You guys should be reimbursing if returning a truck with more gas than when picked up. There should be positive reinforcement rather than negative reinforcement concerning gas.

Overall my experience was great from the reservation to drop off. Then I got an email stating the fuel was low & they charged me $10. I'm a 49 yr. old man & have rented many vehicles in my day & condsier myself responsible enough to make sure there's gas in tank. I feel this was a scam & that at "$10" nobody will complain about it. Big let down after a great trip.

The person behind the counter was very stressed, not a good communicator. I had a few questions and she ignored them a few times. Eventually she did change her tone, but initially, she was not very pleasant. The truck was in great condition and the rental process was smooth.

Change price label on vehicles because they are falsely advertised. Explain every single fee because what I estimated only ended up being half the actual cost

The only problem I had with this Uhaul office is that they double booked the truck I reserved for 8 hrs and told me that I had to have it back in 6 hrs. This happened even though I called to confirm the reservation 1 week in advance. (I'd also made the res. 3 wks prior). This made moving an hour away even more stressful and I felt very rushed. It was very inconvenient and I still have no idea why or who changed my reservation without my consent or knowledge.
