For customers to see the previous pictures of the last rental. I felt uneasy that i had to provide many pictures but nobody acknowledged the previous pictures and did not walk with me.

I admit it was dark outside, but even then the parking lot was kind of dark. More lighting would help. Since it was dark it also wasn't super clear where to drop units off at. More clarity/signage on where to drop off units would be nice. I will say though that I called to make sure I could drop off after hours and the staff was very helpful.

Clark H.This was one of my worst rental experience. Using the mobile application to get the rental was very difficult and we had to be calling the customer service line multiple times and been transferred to other agents to help and walk us through getting the van. We requested to use a dolly and got charged but there was no dolly in the van. I am sure it will be another hassle to get us our refund.
