I admit it was dark outside, but even then the parking lot was kind of dark. More lighting would help. Since it was dark it also wasn't super clear where to drop units off at. More clarity/signage on where to drop off units would be nice. I will say though that I called to make sure I could drop off after hours and the staff was very helpful.joseph D.

This was one of my worst rental experience. Using the mobile application to get the rental was very difficult and we had to be calling the customer service line multiple times and been transferred to other agents to help and walk us through getting the van. We requested to use a dolly and got charged but there was no dolly in the van. I am sure it will be another hassle to get us our refund.Ebenezer K.

I had to drop off in the evening and had a little difficulty in finding the location. But the mobile drop-off is very convenient. Drop the equipment on time else you are going to get charged for the whole even if it is for a couple of hours and they charge the safemove fee (if you opt for it) for the extra day too which I felt is not fairSai Kamalnath C.

This is a U-Haul Issue, but because of the tongue weight of the 12 foot trailers you really need to put a trailer jack on them. It is virtually impossible for one person to lift it off the ball. Please consider doing this.JOHN C.
I appreciate the owner had an emergency and we were late (went to the wrong UHaul dealer) but was still rude and disrespectful when we initiated our rental. Dropped the vehicle and auto trailer off on Sunday using the Web App and I was very pleased in the capabilities and the innovation put into the Application to take photos and drop the keys off. One thing would have been getting an email confirming the drop-off and completion of the contract.TODD T.
This location didn't have any blankets when I rented the truck. I requested a dozen when I first reserved the truck. The guy that checked me out was very nice and efficient. He said they were waiting on a guy to bring back a truck with 36 blankets. Probably need more blankets on standby at all locations. I had items damaged in shipping that would not have been damaged if I had blankets. I used every towel and rug available, but it just wasn't enough. I needed the blankets. The truck was very clean and new, so that was a plus for this location.Bart F.
The check in process was very slow. The lady working was not fast at talking or typing and kept saying some odd random comments that made me uncomfortable. She gave us the keys to a truck said shouldn't be rented out and it didn't match the vehicle number on our contract that I signed. It also didn't include the furniture pads that were supposed to be in the truck, so I had to go back in there, wait in line, and tell her. She had me grab all 12 myself and count them and carry them out to the truck. Because the truck didn't match the contract, the checklist to verify information about the truck's condition was a nightmare. The odometer and fuel levels didn't match, so I had to make 2 separate calls to U-Haul's customer service. What should have been a fairly straight forward check in took almost an hour.Miles D.

Self pickup, early morning. Dolly and moving blankets not in truck. Finally able to get ahold of someone at U-Haul after several attempts. The answer was for me to drive to another location, and rent another dolly and moving blankets, and that someone would be contacting me to refund me that amount. So I did that, upon arrival gentleman there was so rude I ended up leaving and just buying those items from the store, the help I had lined up had leave. Wasn't able to get truck loaded solo, so this put me a day behind. Ended up extending the rental a day. The manager never contacted me, but did issue a refund of $54.57. The lock boxes were difficult to open. The truck has no gas and the check engine light was on. We were charged for moving blankets that we did not have. Fiasco from minute one!! Go elsewhere to rent.Patricia V.

I tried to make reservations online ahead of time. It didn't complete the transaction so I went yo the location to see if it was all set. They told me it was good. Then I needed to change the pickup time, I called the location and was told it was in 24/7 just come to the location and I would be given a code to get in the lock box. I got there, tried to get a code and it said I didn't have an account. So I had to wait for the store to open. I should have saved the hassle and just dealt with them in person or on the phone. Instructions for delivery were very unclear and even after I figured out the right way to do it to after hours while avoiding the $20 additional convenience fee was through the website to a link that wouldn't load.Sam H.

Stated on the door that they open at 8:30. We were scheduled for 9am so we got there around 8:55. No one was there. No sign on the door. We had to call the u haul 800 number-they were helpful. They were going to find us another location when the owner of the store got there at 9:15-9:20-she said she was stuck at the store. It was cold and very annoying to be waiting for so longâ€¦Mark L.

Uhaul had serious problems! No dash lights. No turn signals. No head lights. Had to hold light control forward while driving to engage bright lights. Reported this. Tow truck picked it up. Uhaul rep checked vehicle sent message that nothing was wrong with vehicle. 3 people checked these issues to resolve while I had it. 1 a master mechanic confirming the problems. Rep who said they checked it LIED to save their own hide! If these problems aren't resolved, someone is going to get hurt! Will NEVER rent from this company again!!!!Carol F.

The truck I rented had sloppy steering and the front brakes were in terrible condition. It was metal to metal when brakes were applied, when brakes were released the hung up, got very hot and started smoking. When I turned the truck in I told them this same information.John R.

I called the store to confirm that moving blankets were available. I was told that they had approximately 16. I reserved 6 online and the trailer as well. When I got to the the store no blankets were available for rent. I was told that I would be given the locations closes to me and I could go pick them up. In my line of work if I make a mistake I don't ask the customer to deal with it. I take care of the problem. The trailer was good. No problems there just the customer service was below average. I'm not trying to be hurtful but the rental location was very strange? The entry area was a display of several types of off road vehicles. People were working on some of them and they kept starting them up which caused fumes and smoke to overtake the area. My wife and I started chocking and coughing. Very sad experience and very sad to see such a well respected company like U-Haul becoming so downgraded. The vehicle we were assigned was not very good the right drivers mirror was so loose that you couldn't really use it. The engine light was constantly on and when I first got in the truck I reset the trip meter and it showed 83.3 miles when I returned it. I wa charged 117.2 miles so I paid an additional 35 dollars and I couldn't even discuss the problem with anyone in your customer service department if one exists? I was told that the gas gauge had to be returned with 3/4 of a tank. When I got in the truck it was 2 needles under 3/4 I ended up filling it up before I returned it because I had to guess how much it needed to be at 3/4 of a tank. You should make sure that the tank is full so it is easier to return it with a full tank.Raymond P.
