The African American female that was in the evening shift on Sunday 12/8/19 was beyond rude. When I came back that day to return the truck, at pick up they gave me the wrong truck and when I was going to return it, they found their mistake, she was not able to show the millage in my name on the truck they send me with and until they were able to figure out what was going on she kept on raising her voice, she said she didn't care about the contract and it was my job to review their document, the most disrespectful was that she kept yelling not letting talk, i asked very calm to speak to a supervisor or to have a number she gave a card and said one name then another she kept screaming, I asked her to cam down and to understand that i had i was trying to show her the proof i had of the millage I used, they had no document because of the mistake, I understand mistakes can happen but to be screamed at and treated in such disrespectful way is unacceptable. She needs to learn customer service skills and understand that screaming at a client is never ok specially if we are having an issue because of an error done on the companies end. No customer should have to deal with a person like this at your store. I'm so sorry that an employee that feels like she can screen and be so disrespectful to clients represents this company on the front end, clearly she has no respect or cares about her job, as part of it is to treat clients with respect even in situations of stress, maybe she has not been communicated that, so I ask her upper management to please do so.

The lady working there was excellent. It seems she was the only employee there, which is not safe and a strained stressful situation to be in. She noticed the truck I was picking up had not been cleaned previously, so she was attempting to clean it out and wait on other customers. She went above and beyond for the circumstances she was put into. I returned the truck and advised the truck was not clean and it was only on 1/4 of a tank instead of 1/2, but I did fill it to the half marker...they guy working was very polite and apologetic for the mishap. When returning the truck I also noticed it was extremely yay and not enough people working. Thanks

No improvements needed, James was very informative and polite and efficient. We got in and out of there very quickly. The truck was very clean. Upon returning the truck Aeryonna Helped us immediately and politely were were out of the location in 5 minutes! I'll definitely return here for my next rental.

Great customer service. I have rented two 5x8 enclosed trailers and one 15' truck over the past 60 days. Very easy check in process and quick friendly customer service.

Vehicle clean and well maintained. However, Customer service not so great. When picking up the vehicle the lady behind the counter simply pointed to the parking lot and said your truck is over there. When my key wouldn’t work and I went back inside she did the same thing. Finally another lady got up and went outside to find my truck for me. I had been given the wrong key. When retuneing the vehicle please remember the customer is TIRED. We have been moving and hauling all day in Most cases so you need to explain what you are talking about and not assume we the customer understand the process. You the employee do this job every day, the customer does not. Don’t look at me like Im stupid when I don’t understand what you are talking about .

Website wasn’t working properly so had to go inside to check-in. Last time I was able to check-in myself and just go in for a key.

The agent who helped us did not explain the importance of selecting the closest return location. We moved to Miami, and the one he selected for us was 45 minutes out of the way. To use a different location would have cost us $100 extra. Would have been good to know that we could not change the return location. we'd have made sure to research where they all are in the Miami area and the best routes to each.

- Reservation was not made correctly. It was supposed to be for 3 days, but only made for one. - Appliance dolly that I asked to reserve was not available when I picked up the truck. I had to go out and buy one in order to not delay the move. - The truck was not clean when I picked it up. This location has always been great to work with in the past. Not sure what happened this go round.

Such a pleasant experience. The General Manager helped me and was very knowledgeable, helpful and provided excellent customer service. I will certainly recommend to family and friends. I certainly wished I had written down the General Manager for this location so you could share the kudos as he is deserving.
