Trucks should go through a more thorough inspection. This truck had no business leaving the lot - AC was out, heat emanated from the floorboard, and the ride was exceedingly unstable - poor suspension, maybe? The extremely rough ride resulted in a number of broken furniture pieces - we'll see what other damageI find when unpacking boxes tomorrow. Then the fully loaded truck breaks down 80 miles down the road on a 6 hour trip, all because of a dirty throttle body.

The customer service was excellent. The rental truck was great. The only issue that I had is that I was unable to open the receipt that was emailed to me. Otherwise, everything was excellent and I will use your location again as well as recommend you to everyone that I meet.

Though I filled the tank of truck I rented less than a mile before dropping it off. I was charged $12.38 for fuel. I took a picture of the dashboard at the drop off location, as well as the receipt time stamped just minutes before drop off. I would like a refund of the fuel charge. Minus the $7.59 additional mileage fee.
