Be mindful of the tire straps...they were frayed and appeared to have been shortened at some point. They did not fit around our tires and this was not noticed until we had the vehicle on the trailer and were ready to strap it down. Our tires are not unusually large, they are on factory stock rims...vehicle is not lifted or modified. We had to make a trip to the U-haul location in Concord at the last minute to purchase a strap to tow the vehicle home to Greensboro. Very disappointed that a piece of equipment meant for towing has such poorly maintained components. Will definitely pay better attention when renting such equipment going forward.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall excellent service from this company.
james wIt would have been nice to know the place would be closed when i retuned the truck on Saturday. He didn’t tell me where to put the truck or how to get in the gate. Was very confusing and frustrating . Customer service didn’t help any either. Terrible experience overall and I returned the truck on Saturday not Sunday
Darren GOpen gate when customer arrives and leaves. Inconvenient waiting for attendant's attention...
