ACTUALLY HAVE THE SIZE TRUCK I RESERVED AKA THE POINT OF A RESERVATION. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED FROM UHAUL.The location told me it was due to the call center , I have no way of knowing if this is true or not.

The customer service I received was terrible. The employee who attached my dolly was disrespectful, going as far as yelling and cursing at me. The assistant manager stood by and watched and did nothing about the agressive, threatening employee. When I spoke with the GM he advised it was my fault the interaction was poor and did nothing to rectify the situation or correct his employee or assistant managers actions. The only way to improve for the next customer would be to fire them all.

Literally while I was standing in the lot checking in online a U-Haul associate took my truck and gave it to someone else! When I said something about being in the process of checking in online he dismissed it muttering something like "good luck with that" (don't remember the exact words). While I did get another truck eventually this was a very poor experience overall. Thankfully I hadn't actually submitted payment online yet.

I am extremely disappointed with the reservation personnel. I don't think I was given the best price for my scenario. I have used uhaul several times in the past and this was my smallest move and yet most expensive. I could have saved at least $70 using another moving company. My problem was not with the location.

I asked very specific and direct questions about money because held on my card and how long they would hold it because this was my first experience renting a truck from anyone and I don't have any money. The representative did not answer the questions to my satisfaction and I got 'surprised' with a high rental bill!! The representative Inside the store was humming while I was complaining about the cost and he added $14 Insurance charges to my bill after I opted out of insurance by choosing $0.00. I don't believe I drove 29 miles by moving one street over from the old house to my new house yet I was charged for going over the mileage. The return process was out of wack and very unclear!!!
