This was not my planned location. It was a back up when my planned location didn't have the trailer I had reserved. When I got there to pick up the trailer the computer system was down. For a few minutes it was not apparent if I was going to be able to get the trailer.

They need better internet connection. Spent a lot of time waiting for their computer to process information.
DONALD WU Haul should add the customer service hours of each pick up and drop off location to the contract document. Some arrangements have the hours provided, others do not. The Greenback Self Storage management are patient, courteous, and flexible with drop off needs, both during open and close hours.

Michael SWhen they printed the contract the Mile out they printed as 12217 however when I checked the mileage in the truck it showed as 12339. It’s not fair
