U-Haul charges a $20 fee if for not using their link to do an after-hours inspection. The link did not work. I can't imagine how screwed someone is if they don't have a smartphone. What in the world is this policy? U-Haul was never this bad with my previous moves. I'm not sure I'm going to use them again.
Alex L.Both picking up and dropping off, the app couldn't recognize my location. I had to call the Uhaul company both times. For now on, I go to a real Uhaul location. But the rep I called was extremely friendly & very helpful. She made the experience so much better. Thx Amy!!!
