The check in process was not properly explained prior to pickup. The van was dirty, had no air in the tires. The entire process was annoying and frustrating as a whole.

The process was fast both checking in to rent the truck and the return of the truck

Jordan C.U-Haul charges a $20 fee if for not using their link to do an after-hours inspection. The link did not work. I can't imagine how screwed someone is if they don't have a smartphone. What in the world is this policy? U-Haul was never this bad with my previous moves. I'm not sure I'm going to use them again.

Leroy S.While standing in a cold parking lot I had to fill out the diver information for myself. I do not understand why this had to be completed at pickup when my alternate authorized drivers did this step the day before through text message. Also at pickup I had to choose references to verify my identity. This was in the middle of the day and took multiple tries to get proper verification. My references were at work and could not respond. I do not understand why this step is not included into the pre-pick up verification process that I did the day before needing the U-Haul vehicle. Also, the appliance dolly and packing blankets were not in the truck at pick up which concluded in having to search for a customer service number to call. I would have had to call and go to another U-Haul location anyway because my original pickup location was not open for business. Overall very frustrating and these problems wasted a lot of time. The customer service rep I spoke to, to find the missing equipment was very helpful.

Heather M.The truck was dirty from previous use, including an empty hard seltzer can we found in the cab, the equipment I reserved wasn't with my truck, and despite the fact that my reservation was set for 9:30 there was a sign on the door that said nobody was there until much later so I couldn't even ask for the equipment I had reserved.
Hannah T.I did not receive my dolly, but I was still charged for it. I took a photo in the app showing it not there but did not receive a refund. Other than this issue the process was good, and the location was convenient and clean.
Amy M.When some brings back the truck and keys. It time stamps the keys. That way they can know how many days or day you had the truck. For example i got the truck for one day and kept it for a second day. In which i return it on that second day. In which i was hopefully charged for only two days.

The truck was big enough to carry all of our thing specially the most heavy thing. The people i met there wete the best. He never charged me for the dolly. He was very cool. When i needed the truck the next day but had not plan to use it. He was just very cool about the whole situation. Great place and nice worker there, very cool and laid back. Great place, great people will use again if needed. I will tell all my friends to support their business. I owe them a big thank you for the no stress service.

Rebcca C.Customers should receive a truck with at least a half tank of gas. The truck I rented only had a 24 mile range for the amount of gas that was in the truck. I had to stop and get gas before I started using the vehicle. Also the Customers should be warned if the Air Conditioner doesn't work!!!!!!
