Excellent service

Briana ATruck was dirty & filled with mouse droppings. I was charged for a dolly that never was put on the truck.
KATHLEEN SThe location and staff are fantastic. However the truck provided needed a serious amount of Clorox wipe-down in the cab. The truck also needed a front-end alignment. Brakes and tires were great and the box dry. The app still has issues and I wasn't able to launch it when returning. So I tried again when I got back home but apparently you have to be in the drop off location to successfully close out the contract. UHaul should provide a kiosk at each location for returning after hours. This way if the app isn't working you can still return the vehicle.

Kevin CDropping off was a disaster. The app didn't work at all so I had to call customer service and wait an additional hour before I could return the truck through them.
Chandler FPlease provide the ordered equipment from customer. I ordered a utility dolly but did not receive it. Directions for mobile check in are not clear as well. This was my first time using mobile check in, more clear directions would be good.

Luis RI used the uhaul I rented and went all of 6 .6 miles using less than 1 gallon of fuel and yet on my bill I was charged for 3 gallons of fuel which I find ridiculous considering how little it was used
Lewis BThe check in process was not properly explained prior to pickup. The van was dirty, had no air in the tires. The entire process was annoying and frustrating as a whole.

PHILLIP RI didn't like the self check in process. It took way to long standing outside in the cold taking pictures. If you are going to make the customer do your work, then you should give them a discount.

SCOTT GOverall this has been my best experience with Uhaul just due to the employee at the rental counter. He made the process smooth and easy.
Jordan CU-Haul charges a $20 fee if for not using their link to do an after-hours inspection. The link did not work. I can't imagine how screwed someone is if they don't have a smartphone. What in the world is this policy? U-Haul was never this bad with my previous moves. I'm not sure I'm going to use them again.
Alex LBoth picking up and dropping off, the app couldn't recognize my location. I had to call the Uhaul company both times. For now on, I go to a real Uhaul location. But the rep I called was extremely friendly & very helpful. She made the experience so much better. Thx Amy!!!

Eneida VThe truck had 120k miles and the cab was dirty and rusted out. It should have been retired years ago. No amount of cleaning will polish this thing.

Leroy SWhile standing in a cold parking lot I had to fill out the diver information for myself. I do not understand why this had to be completed at pickup when my alternate authorized drivers did this step the day before through text message. Also at pickup I had to choose references to verify my identity. This was in the middle of the day and took multiple tries to get proper verification. My references were at work and could not respond. I do not understand why this step is not included into the pre-pick up verification process that I did the day before needing the U-Haul vehicle. Also, the appliance dolly and packing blankets were not in the truck at pick up which concluded in having to search for a customer service number to call. I would have had to call and go to another U-Haul location anyway because my original pickup location was not open for business. Overall very frustrating and these problems wasted a lot of time. The customer service rep I spoke to, to find the missing equipment was very helpful.

Heather MThe truck was dirty from previous use, including an empty hard seltzer can we found in the cab, the equipment I reserved wasn't with my truck, and despite the fact that my reservation was set for 9:30 there was a sign on the door that said nobody was there until much later so I couldn't even ask for the equipment I had reserved.
Hannah TI did not receive my dolly, but I was still charged for it. I took a photo in the app showing it not there but did not receive a refund. Other than this issue the process was good, and the location was convenient and clean.
Amy MWhen some brings back the truck and keys. It time stamps the keys. That way they can know how many days or day you had the truck. For example i got the truck for one day and kept it for a second day. In which i return it on that second day. In which i was hopefully charged for only two days.

Debra BThe truck had a lot of things left by jackie in which i clean everything out of the truck. The truck was very maintained. The truck was big enough to carry all of our thing specially the most heavy thing. The people i met there wete the best. He never charged me for the dolly. He was very cool. When i needed the truck the next day but had not plan to use it. He was just very cool about the whole situation. Great place and nice worker there, very cool and laid back. Great place, great people will use again if needed. I will tell all my friends to support their business. I owe them a big thank you for the no stress service.

Rebcca CCustomers should receive a truck with at least a half tank of gas. The truck I rented only had a 24 mile range for the amount of gas that was in the truck. I had to stop and get gas before I started using the vehicle. Also the Customers should be warned if the Air Conditioner doesn't work!!!!!!
