I didn't like the self check in process. It took way to long standing outside in the cold taking pictures. If you are going to make the customer do your work, then you should give them a discount.
Robert T.Truck cab smelled of cigarette smoke and was a bit dirty.
Michael P.The truck was very low on gas and I filled the tank an they didn't take that under consideration to at least give me a little discount. I also didn't use all the mileage they charged an they didn't take that under consideration either.
