Trinity Auto for pick up and drop off worked great . After U-haul tried to send me 30 minutes away in Smithfield for pick-up when scheduled in Goldsboro, calling 800 number led to Trinity in Goldsboro for pick up. Truck did what needed and got done in less than the 20 miles estimated.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI only ended up at Trinity due to the initial place I was supposed to pick up at Steve’s Auto Repair and Sales LLC was an absolute bust. No one was there, there was one truck outside with myself and another gentlemen there to pick one up. He didn’t have equipment for me and when the other gentleman got the lockbox combo for the truck there was NO KEY in it. Steve’s needs to be closed that was absolutely unacceptable we sat there for over 30 minutes before I was redirected to Trinity, and trinity was wonderful.
Randolph WNothing everything was prefect.
Vernon KThe truck must have been used to move auto parts. The dash and seats had black dirt and grease ALL over them, I had to clean my clothes. The back had not been swept out. There was a partial smoked Marijuana cigarette on the dash. I added a picture to my checkout and also sent to the owner of the pickup location.
Steven tI did not drop off at Trinity in Goldsboro. I dropped off at Econo Mart in Gainesville, FL which is where my contract was for. However, I would like to give that guy at Econo Mart a fantastic review. The drop off was quick and easy! He even let me throw a bag of trash I had into his dumpster.
