Endure that your customer service take down the correct information and schedule the correct vehicle. When I placed my order it was for $19.95 box truck. When I got there they had me in the system for a$29.95 truck and when I try to corvette the order with the rest size they didn’t have any available. So I was not quit happy about that. I will be calling your head corporation next week.

We were broken down on Veterans Highway, towing a 15' enclosed trailer holding all our personal belongings. Your folks came through instantly. There was a bit of a mix up with charges/cost. Customer Rep was not paying attention to my service order as she was distracted by another customer flirting. I picked up the vehicle with no blankets and no dolly as i ordered. had to circle back. Upon requesting, the customer rep asked me if I can go to the storage and pull the items out for her. "What happened to Customer Service?"

I had a great experience. The equipment was a little on the older side but it met my expectations. The best part of my experience was that it took very little of my time to make the reservation and pickup/dropoff the equipment. The guy who checked me in was very friendly, knowledged, and quick.

My issue is with U-Haul directly. I booked the truck almost two weeks in advance from the nearest location to my home. I was told the day before pick-up that I would have to pick up the truck at the location above as they did not have the truck size I booked at my selected location. This took time out of my day (and that location started one hour later although that ended up not impacting me) and to make it even better I ended being charged by U-Haul for being over the miles by 7 miles when the change in location was greater than that. Tell me how that makes sense for a customer to be charged by U-Haul for something U-Haul should be apologizing for in the first place.

This was not the original pick up location that was arranged. We received a call from UHaul after we were already at the original location. They provided an excuse that was unacceptable and informed us we had to go to Glen Burnie, which was a distance in the opposite direction of our move. The entire ordeal added several hours to the plans, inconvenienced family that planned to help and caused us to have to cancel other planned deliveries because we could not there due to the delay that resulted from UHaul's last minute notice that they were not able to meet the original plans.
