Michael was my customer service rep this time he was pleasant- but when time to get truck was told its out back was given wrong side of store and I was with a cane - my last rental from same store the gentleman brought truck right to the door and helped me in -- night and day. the interior of the truck was dirty- trash and French fries on the floor of the passenger side - no comparison to the first time--needs to be consistency among staff and cleanliness of truck

My rental experience was bad. I first called ahead of time to confirm my pick up and they had the wrong time. I had a 20 inch truck reserved for Sat. i was told the truck had to be switched to a 17 inch and I had to change my time. I agreed because I had no choice. i was told I would pay 99 cent a mile due to inconvenience and I was still charged 1.29. I also was charged for gas and the tank was filled. I normally use a different U haul on Crain highway. i will never use this location again or recommend it to anyone. I am not in the business of companies trying to get over on people.

i drove 35 miles and replaced 2 gal of gas and they was was going to charge me 8.00 plus for gas after complaining they did not charge me but I know something was wrong with something

I was told it was a $80 hold for a van plus an automatic 25 miles was added. Upon returning the van the hold wasn't removed nor was the $35 refunded. Why does it take so long for an adjustment?

The truck cab was dirty and needed to be cleaned. This includes a cigarette ashtray that was full of ash/cigarettes and it smelled.

I wish I could remember the customer service rep at this location, but he was overwhelmingly helpful even after I left I had questions for him that he assisted with over the phone.

The 6x12 trailer had a tire that wouldn't hold air. Upon arrival at my destination, the U-Haul rep. found a nail in it. How can equipment leave without a full inspection. I also asked the rep. if the door to the trailer was a swing or roll up type and he replied " I don't know".

Well it rained and I had to rent the truck one more day. I didnt care for paying 40.00 extra. I am retired on a budget. The lot was full of 10 foot trucks.

As I arrived the boy was locking the door. I stood at the door while another large employee helped a woman that was still in the store. It took him 5 minutes to tell me through a locked door to use the drop box. I had to use the bathroom after that long drive. I guess I should have missed at the door. Both of those employees should be terminated immediately

The location was extremely convenient for us. For a weekend it seemed a bit under staffed. The employees were very pleasant, but there seemed to be technical difficulties which made for a long wait and drop off experience. I'm not sure what you can do about the tech equipment it seemed like a server issue

From beginning to end we had nothing but problems. East check in online never worked for us, tried everyday multiple times, chatted with someone twice and called. Picked up and the gas was recorded wrong. Dropped it off and the driver argued over the amount of gas put back into it. We will never be renting from uhaul again.

I waited with my vehicle in the specified area for several minutes according to the signs and no one came out to check me out. They knew I was there because I was informed of a $20 fee to throw trash in their dumpster. So I proceeded with self check out and took the key inside. There were two reps at the counter / one was waiting on customers and one was just standing there. I handed him my key and said I did the self check out. He said okay. So I left. Then I received a message on my self phone "implying" that I did the self check out to avoid paying the $20 dumpster fee and would be charged that fee if I ever tried to rent from uHaul again. However I was also charged a $20 fee on my credit card. I tried to call and clarify that I was not trying to skip out on the $20 fee I was unable to confirm what had actually taken place but the reps on the phone were unable to help. I was going to return to the drop off location to try and "pay" the fee if necessary but I had already passed the exit for the highway and had a six hour drive and was exhausted from unloading and the heat. I did not like being accused of skipping out of paying a fee and actually figured the fee would be added to my credit card charge anyway.
