I made the reservation about 8 hours before. The attendant couldn't figure out how to process a transaction with a reservation. She called and was told to treat it as a walk-in. She told the UHaul rep on the phone she had the same problem before. The truck had not been swept clean, so I took pictures. One of the moving blankets was wet so we could not use it. The truck had been left unlocked with the drivers window down about 4 inches ... a spider had built a web and was visiting in the open window. The truck was very, very hard to start. Had to start it 3 times to get it to stay on without cutting out. The gas amount listed on the contract was about 1/4 tank more than what was registering in the truck. Overall check-out time frame was almost an hour. Not acceptable. Returning the truck was much better. I told him about the differing gas amounts and he didn't even seem to care. No problems at all. Different representative. But, then again, he didn't seem to have a care about anything. Overall ... would only recommend this location based on whether it is closest to you so you could save on mileage.

Manager was very very nice and made some changes to my order for me that I had mistakenly made. PITFALL! He asked me not to leave my vehicle at the station as he had limirted parking resulting in having to cross a very busy road to park in a shopping center across the street. UNSAFE!

The reservation problem wasn't fixed. I was charged an extra day. So right now I am again on hold with customer service. 2 lengthy hours trying to get reservation errors taken care of is not helpful and very frustrating. At this time I am not happy and I'm still on hold.

The self check-in process is NOT very well explained when setting up the reservation online and is a pain to complete at the pick up location.

Ensure that the customer know to pickup extra equipment - like the dolly b4 leaving the store. I had to turn around and come back for the dolley. I forgot about it and had assumed that it was load on the truck. Store clerk would not allow me to take it off over the phone or thru the web.

It's not glen Burnie issue it's odenton and Lanham place. Confirmed my location called the places to see they had our truck didn't have it until six pm had to go to another locationbut prior to all this I had called to confirm and Tuesday we're going to be late still didn't have any of our places until we went to a different location Very disappointed in you all

The woman at the counter could use a bit more computer experience. I advise customers to make sure she doesn't accidentally change your reservation details to something more expensive. And if she does, verify that she's changed it back.

I picked up a 10' truck and was supposed to get a utility dolly during my reservation. The agent did not have one and gave me a regular one instead. The trucks safety latch to the opening wouldnt latch right and the dolly fell out at somepoint during the transport to my old house and popped open twice during the transport with my belongings. I did not lose any of my belongings but I was OVERCHARGED for a 14 mile ride and at faulty truck I will never use UHAUL again.

The lady who assisted me put a hold on my money, $50.00. And said because I did not get the insurance, she has to charge me $50 and adjust my mileage just in case but will get my money back when I get the truck back. When I got the truck back she said, uhaul will give me back my money when "he" inspect the truck and found everthing to be okay. I never got my money back. I've been a customer of uhaul all the time and I've put up with you, but this is too much even for me

Once UHAUL closes for the day, the individual providing information should be more informed. I was told that to pay additional mileage expense in cash versus being placed on cc used to rent, it would not be a problem since the individual processes paperwork at 9am. She actually processed my account 6am due to the same truck being reserved. Therefore, what few dollars was placed on the cc instead of paying in cash.
