It's probably been 25 years since I rented a U-Haul, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the equipment and the rental process. It certainly for exceeded my experiences of the past.

Excellent service
Steve bI was asked to pick up the U-Haul a day early and told if I brought it back early that I would get a credit. I brought the U-Haul back 2 days early but didn't get a credit.

THOMAS GWhen I left the pick up location, I was told that I should call the number on the email before returning the truck, which I did. The guy I spoke to said "I don't know anything about a drop off...you should call corporate". I called corporate and they confirmed that it is ok to drop the vehicle off at this location. There was a U-Haul sign there, but not much other information. I went into the garage and one of the mechanics pointed out back and said to park it "somewhere over by that building". Didn't seem like a very professional operation from start to finish.
