I was asked to pick up the U-Haul a day early and told if I brought it back early that I would get a credit. I brought the U-Haul back 2 days early but didn't get a credit.

When I left the pick up location, I was told that I should call the number on the email before returning the truck, which I did. The guy I spoke to said "I don't know anything about a drop off...you should call corporate". I called corporate and they confirmed that it is ok to drop the vehicle off at this location. There was a U-Haul sign there, but not much other information. I went into the garage and one of the mechanics pointed out back and said to park it "somewhere over by that building". Didn't seem like a very professional operation from start to finish.

The location was great, but Uhaul's pricing is bizarre and unfair. We rented a trailer in Florida two months prior to bring our stuff for a two month stay in Pennsylvania at a cost of around $60. I was shocked at the price (approx $500)when I went to rent a trailer to go back to Florida. Seems like a bait and switch scheme.

Fix the app or website so it actually works. It would be really nice to be able to drop off the key for the vehicle via a self service website or app, the way you can do so for AirBnB/etc., but unfortunately the U-Haul website/app doesn't work, and we always have to work with the person at the U-Haul site

I arrive and there is one gentleman there who had zero idea about how to get my truck. It was not his fault. Whoever was supposed to be there wasn't. Both the gentleman and I had to work through how to register the vehicle so I could use it. After we figured it out I received no instruction about closing times, gas requirements, etc. I then got a bill for nearly $300 after I returned the truck. This is a terrible way to run a business.

The truck was clean and ran well however, the door leaked and all of my belongings at the back of the truck got wet. To make matters worse, the door was rusted and my thing were stained with rust.

I was moving a whole kitchen - cabinets, appliances and granite. I asked for an appliance dolly and 3 dozen blankets in my reservation. None were in the truck and the store was closed. No one notified me that I would have no supplies. I would like a full refund. I rent a lot from Uhaul

The lock on the lock box was very difficult to open. It was rusted and took us 15 minutes to get it open to retrieve the key.

No truck where it was supposed to be. Had to drive an additional 10 miles to get a truck, and was charged for the extra miles. Had to call someone for a code to unlock it, then after driving it for a mile, the check engine light came on and stayed on. Not a good experience!

We ordered this for a Black Friday pickup and it turned out that this business was closed that day. Days before a regional manager or someone similar called to confirm we knew where it was and the time we planned to pick it up. He told us the business was closed but he would meet us there. It was a smooth experience and we really appreciated that he came to our preferred location instead of making us go farther away from our house to a full uhaul location.

Site closed a little early. I used mobile return and although it said it worked I never received a confirmation. So I called after waiting an hour and I ended up getting charged for a second day. I am going to call about this but when I called the lady stated mobile return does not always work. A pain to have to try and call to get that cleared up.

The process to rent, pick-up, and return the vehicle was very easy. The representative (I think his name was Erik) was very nice and pleasant to deal with. He even checked the air in all four tires of the truck before I left to go on my way. I would rent from this facility again.

Nobody was there and they said they would be there and there were not and the mechanic had to make a peace of paper to show I turn-in the trailer. Trailer had no turn signiel on right side .

I did not know I was signed up for "self" pick-up. When I showed up to pick up my rental the place was closed. This caused massive panic, as you might imagine. I was then instructed to use the app which would not recognize my email or phone number. After calling back in the gentleman who answered was kind enough to walk me through the process and was very helpful! Ultimately, once we were on our way, no problems or issues. It was the initial shock of showing up to a closed Uhaul location!

Truck was in great shape but the car transport trailer needs better maintenance. Welds broken, straps were tattered ,one tire was worn, found a few loose bolts !!! Somewhat disconcerting.

The key in the lock box was for the wrong truck. I sat on hold for 5 minutes with customer service before I tried the code in the other lock box and it was the same box, so I flipped the keys. Once I got in the truck, the Milne was wrong. Again I had to sit on hold with customer service. At the end of the call they said just to take the truck and we can dispute the charges after. In the end, the pricing was corrected, but I still wasted 20-30 minutes of my rental trying to figure out the keys and mileage.

Make it clear where to drop the keys off. in the drop box, not in the key pad that I got it from. I spent 30 min on the phone trying to contact someone for the code, then with the virtual assistant found out I just need to put it in the drop box. Perhaps a reminder we need to fill it to the same gas level. it was half full when I got it, so I thought that perhaps it didn't need to be filled, then got a 30$ charge. I know you make money this way, but its not great for the customer. Also, I didn't realize if I used the pads already in the vehicle I would be charged. A note on that would be good. Other than those things, it was pretty easy. Thanks. Patrick

This was not the location that I had originally online reserve the one way truck! I had reserved a pick up at Advanced Self Stg Of Wexford, 1 American Wy, Wexford, PA 15090. No one notified me of the change. The person at original location Wexford acted like it was no big deal, they just didn't have a one way available so it was moved to another location that did. I am glad I don't need to rent trucks very often.

I chose the online process to turn in the trailer I rented. There was no human interaction. The online process initially starts out as a vehicle return. It left me wondering if my trailer return would be addressed. I eventually got to the option of turning in a trailer. I think that the first page of the online process should include the choice of options: Vehicle or trailer or both.

I originally reserved for a certain location, which showed up on my email. Upon arrival I was told I went to the wrong pick up point, which the location was never disclosed to me. Then the reservation was switched to my location and a insurance package was added to my bill. On my original reservation I did not select a special insurance package.
