Danny P.The lady I spoke with was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. In a complicated situation, she was able to help me tremendously. I did not schedule my pick up location to be in Georgiana, AL. I scheduled for Montgomery, AL. Traffic called me the day before letting me know that Montgomery did not have the equipment, and that they were moving my pick-up location to Georgiana. I was not told, however, that I was supposed to be “self pick up.†When I got to the store, it was closed and I had no idea what to do at all. Thankfully, the phone number listed got me in touch with a very sweet lady who ultimately helped me figure everything out. In the future, this needs to be communicated clearly with the customers.
