Trailer, when empty, is incredibly noisy to tow. Maybe some kind of improvement there?
In general bad experience. Equipment not there. Double charged. No way to drop the trailer ourselves. General rudeness of staff, staff throwing the trailers in to one another is probably the reason the one I ordered was broke.

I was first given a van that had active/live roaches on it. Then asked to change vehicles. Upon departure and returning the vehicle i was told everything was good an ok. The. Was hit with a cleaning fee an a additional 100 dollars. Called an was super upset but wasn't helped.
First time that I ever rented a vehicle in which I was asked for 3 different phone numbers to just rent the vehicle even thou they had a copy of my drivers license. Made me feel as if they excepted me to steal the highly visible U-HAUL vehicle.
I had to ask young lady attending to me if she was gonna wear her mask as I watched her wait in 3 customers in front of me with the mask down off both her nose and mouth.
We ordered an appliance dolly and when we received it the strap was broken, which was one reason why we ordered it in the first place. Other than that the truck was clean and we'll maintained
You can improve by teaching your employees how to be courteous to customers. I had a bad experience with the lady who helped me and her attitude that was not good

Van interior and especially exterior had not been cleaned before use. I didn't make an issue of this because I was on a time schedule. I did make sure to sweep out both the inside of the cab and cargo area. This location needs to make sure the vehicle is cleaned before use, especially now with what our country is going through.
Everyone there was extremely helpful--especially Christina. We would recommend this site highly.

Pick up was fast and easy. Conveniently located.
I drove 13 miles for this rental. When I returned the vehicle, the employee simply said, "You're all good." Then the contact came through via email with a $21 charge for fueling. The gas gauge had barely moved; I had perhaps used a gallon of gas. "All good" sounded to me like there wouldn't be a surcharge. If he had told me they would charge, I would have gone across the street and put a gallon of fuel in the tank to avoid the charge. I know the contract specifies fueling; but don't mislead customers about enforcement. I have rented from U-haul for years. They have always come out on the plus side with the gas in their vehicles. I'm generous to a fault. Shame on me.
No drop box no help nothing. Just a lot a truck and an off hr employee
This location was awesome. Personnel made it all happen since my order was never transferred to this location. However, my UHaul experience was less than poor. I made reservations 3 weeks in advance. My pickup location was moved to 4 different locations due to no truck available.. Was denied mileage exemption. Was denied closer return location...Should have been compensated for my less than poor overall experiencel!
I had a very subpar experience while picking up my rental. The on-phone reservation portion went off without a hitch. The representative I spoke with was pleasant and proficient. I regret not getting her name. However, the in-person store pickup portion was regrettable. I had the misfortune of interacting with a Madison Mistry who was aloof, uninterested, and unprofessional at helping me and the other customer who were waiting to pickup our reservations. She walked in, sat down behind the desk, and crossed her legs. She did this without even acknowledging we were alive, never mind standing in wait of someone to assist us. The other customer said something, which prompted Ms. Mistry to say, "Yeah, I'm ready whenever you are." At that point I informed her that it was rude to just walk in and not even greet us, and let us know that you're ready to help us. We were waiting for her to say something because we thought she was still assisting another customer outside -- and we told her that as well. The other customer and I did not know each other, but were on one accord with the lack of customer service from Ms. Mistry. The floor of the truck that I reserved was covered in red dirt when I picked it up. I didn't want to be blamed for that so I cleaned it up before turning it in while at the gas station. I was so flummoxed by my experience, that I called corporate Uhaul while in route to my destination. The representative was, once again, very understanding, empathized, apologetic, and promised a result from the GM of this particular location. A lot of corporate representatives say this, and it's usually just to placate you, but imagine my surprise when I actually received a phone call from the GM of this location. She was lovely, Ms. Madison (different from the young lady I had the encounter with) and I spoke for a brief moment, but in that moment she promised me (and I definitely believe her), that re-training would be implemented, and she thanked me for bringing the issue to her attention. I wanted to assure her that I did not want the young lady to lose her job, but just be better at it. And assured me that she would not lose her job, but that re-training would definitely be had. And as a cherry on top, she issued me partial refund! She didn't have to do that, but she wanted to make it right. Now that's great customer service recovery...and retention!
The service Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable the staff was full of energy and helpful I would go through U haul for all my moving and storage needs thanks again
