This location was not where we originally planned to pick up our vehicle and the communication process for the change was poor. It did not appear clearly as a UHaul site. We were initially worried it was a fraudulent change. Then the employees appeared confused and unprepared for our rental. It was stressful and unorganized and will impact our future rentals.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulProbably won't be recommending. They put me in a truck with the engine light on. I called back to the location as soon as I saw that and was told by the owner, I believe, that the truck was fine; they couldn't get the light off. Well, it was a scary ride because the transmission was slipping, slowing down abruptly on its own, and braking hard. The steering wheel is also loose, so when going around curves, you need to slow down, something I did not know at first, because it caused me to wobble a bit, which startled me. I am just grateful I wasn't alone. The drive was about 400 miles, with both highway and back roads. I do live very close to this location. I may use it again, but I will make sure I do not use one with the engine light on.
Kennetha BEmployees were not friendly at all literally acted like I was bothering them. When I got the truck is was dirty and the alignment was off . Making a trip 51/2 hr white knuckling it because the alignment was shaky was very scary and not my best experience with U-Haul. I am a repeat customer over many years and unfortunately will not return

John CThis location was EXCELLENT! I got there because the location on Morse road was TERRIBLE! They were condescending, demanding, and not at all helpful! This location is my go to and neither I nor anyone I know will ever go to Morse Road again because they acted like they were doing me a big favor for even talking to me.
