Agent was not professional.
ABDOULAYE Di was glad to see the agent disinfecting the truck after we dropped it off.
FRIDAU LThe young girl that helped me (sorry, I forget her name) was nice and very quick getting me checked in. She even loaded the dolly and 2 dozen furniture pads into the back of the truck.

JEREMY CI absolutely love this U-Haul location. Jeff and Scott are absolutely the best. The young girl is amazing too. If I have any issues. They always make it right. In today's hectic world. They are my Go-to U-Haul location. They treat me like family and that's saying something.

Tiffany SI had never driven a cargo van. Once I started driving I wished someone would have gone thru the dashboard/console, using the double mirrors on both sides and tips for backing up.

FREDERICK LEmployee call offs made returning this item difficult. Trailer was returned 2/15 at 3pm. Item was late due to processing time. It's fine because employee dated the return correctly but meanwhile U-Haul called looking for their trailer. Too stressful !

SOMMER MDid not know that they were only opened until 1:00 PM on a Saturday! Had to look for the area where to leave the truck, which wasn't the most convenient either. Thank God it was light out because had it been at night I would not have felt safe under the circumstances. Will strongly reconsider using another drop off, IF there is a next time.
David WMy daughter and I was told one price over the phone and I specifically asked for the total amount prior to picking up the truck. Next The you lady decided to split our contract in two. The truck in my daughter's name and the trailer in mine. Then she also gave two different locations for dropoff putting the truck as the first to be dropped off around 9:45 then the trailer being scheduled for dropoff around 11 o'clock. How does that even make sense? Next situation I misplaced my contacts in the house and I didn't want to be late dropping off the truck and trailer trying to look for the addresses so I called the U Haul site where I picked up from fo the purpose of obtaining the addresses. In stead I was only giving one address and told by the young man from U Haul " You can drop both truck and trailer off at the Woodyard Rd. location. He also stayed on the phone with me the entire time while dropping off both truck and trailer so he could hear the merchant guiding me on backing up the truck to park the trailer and asking me to unhook it. He ( the young man on the phone) stated for me to just give the drop off merchant the key and leave which I didn't feel comfortable doing. I tried my best to and took pictures. Late on the same day my daughter's account was charged an additional fee which wiped out her bank account . Charging her for an additional day for the trailer that the contract wasn't in her name for. I called to get answers and the U Haul in Ohio tried to blame everyone else but themselves for their actions and for telling me it was okay for me to drop both truck and trailer off at the same place if it wasn't. I'm just frustrated with the whole situation and would like the money back that my daughter was charged. The young lady hung the phone up on me, was very disrespectful. I did call corporate and filed a dispute and hopefully this can be resolved soon. We didn't go over the miles and both truck and trailer were turned in before the times stated in the contracts.
DESTINY N1245pm shouldnt be an available time on Saturday if those business is going to close at 1pm. i got called 11am asking to come early because of this and still had to do everything "Self-Serviced" off the app because they were closed 1250pm. Lady was Rude.

DOUGLAS SI had no problem with Minuteman Press. I did have a problem with U-Haul, reason being I tried to rent a U-Haul from a Johnstown location, Ace Hardware, because I needed the truck in Johnstown. Once rented from Ace, U-Haul called and changed this to Minuteman Press in Gahanna . So what would have been a 5 mile usage turned into a 41 mile usage. At .99 a mile my cost went from $5 to $41. And the truck I had rented from the Johnstown location, sat on that lot all day not being used. But U-Haul got their money.
KIMBERLY BWebsite is horrible. You keep trying to add additional items to the cart that I didn't need. It should default to zero - not what you think I need! It does this multiple times when you click continue and goes to the next page.

ERIC DIt wasn't the location I was disappointed by but the lack of communication regarding changes in my reservation location that caused me to Uber to the wrong location and then had to Uber to the correct location.

RAYMOND GThe agent was friendly and as helpful as he could be. However, he was hampered by faulty software. The DL scanning app on my phone did not work despite several attempts. Agent was able to scan my DL, but adding insurance did not work correctly.

EBONE DPick up was unbelievably ridiculous. Not because of the location, but because of the UHaul App on my iPhone. The store was closed (Sunday), so I had to pick up the truck through the UHaul app. That app was trash. I had to call an 800 number, wait on hold for 30 min, then when the representative answers, she hangs up on me. I call back, start waiting another 30 minutes on hold, then use the 'Live Chat' feature on the website. Someone responds and we exchanges a few messages. She then calls me on my cellphone and instructs me to use the website instead of the app. ALL instructions were to use this UHaul app. The website worked and after 1.5 hours of going around with UHaul, being hung up on by a national call center app, spending more time explaining to someone that the UHaul app was garbage and not letting me pick up my truck. I finally used the website to pick up my app. A HUGE waste of time and beyond frustrating. UHaul needs to overhaul their app and make it functional for truck pick ups if UHaul is going to tell people to use it. This has nothing to do with the specific location, and EVERYTHING to do with UHaul National. Moving is stressful and difficult when you've got young children and the UHaul pick up experience was just horrendous, frustrating, ridiculous. I cannot say enough about how awful it was.
Matthew OGetting the equipment was tricky as it was a tight fit because someone had parked at the corner of the building. Other than that, it was easy to drop off the equipment
Neal JI thoroughly enjoyed my rental experience at Minuteman Press. I look forward to using this location if I require a rental trailer or truck in the future.

ROBERT DBe upfront about 1.mileage costs; especially on website. Having mileage costs on front of contract in very small print that no one can see or read is not sufficient from a customer service perspective, even if legally so. 2. If gas is included in mileage costs should be spelled out. If not, better ways to gauge amount of gas to replace is needed (a finer gas scale, as highlighted in your literature/contract/front gauge glass panel says NOTHING about amount of gas needed unless MPG is provided!!). I am very confident that the vast majority of your customers are surprised, and not in a good way, by their final bill, especially because of lack of clarity about mileage costs. Something that seems very easy to solve from a customer perspective view.
LAWRENCE LI did not request a dolly or blankets and they had them in the truck secured by fasteners and said if I cut them I have to pay for the dolly and pads. I said I did not want them and they are taking up space in the truck. She would not remove them. These items took up space and should have been removed.
