Truck was smaller than booked, not cleaned (used napkins, not ordered furniture pads and generally very dirty), tire pressure was low when picking up the truck (27psi, other tire was at 76), truck was also damaged. Terrible experience considering the price.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was a good experience overall.
Umair ADid a one way transport both sites were very good. Oh very fast pickup and return no hassles. Congrats to the IT department on the fleet vehicles able to scan inventory and electronic copies. No endless paperwoork on each side of the counter. Nice job U-haul. back the trailer in he scanned the trailer. Okay everything is good. I have rented a lot of vehicles from U-haul each time its faster.
Timothy RThe parking was kinda tight. It would be better if it were spaced out a little bit.
Michael SThe people running Farmhouse Moving Supplies could have a little less attitude addressing customers when all they need to do is drop off a truck. There are 0 signs outside directing people where to park - the only instructions are listed on the key drop box. If they were more helpful I might have considered going back there but I will find another location.
