I dropped off the truck at night. When I got home I received an email that asked me to send pictures and other information via an email. I was not aware of this requirement so I didn’t do. This should of been explained when I picked up the truck.

Tell customer about return options. Did not know about electronic return option and didn't receive text message until long after returning the trailer and was asleep. Forced to pay an extra $20 unnecessarily. Shady practice in my book!

I've rented multiple trucks/vans from this location. It's easy to access, and it is adjacent to a gas station. The staff have always been both friendly and helpful, and the equipment has been pretty clean at pickup. Thanks!

Lack of communication between uhaul and me. I reserved an appliance dolly. It wasn’t there on pickup and store wasn’t open when it was supposed to be. When I finally got in contact with employee over phone he said uhaul was supposed to contact me to let me know they didnt have an appliance dolly for me to borrow... which they never told me.

The truck was not ready, i rented 12 pads and they were not placed in the truck. The location opened about 40 minutes late forcing me to wait until it opened to get the pads.
