u-haul vehicle was dirty with food and trash when we got it. Check engine light was on. Suspension alignment was way off. Vehicle should not have been on the road, absolute horrendous. I cannot believe we survived a 250 mile drive. We were nervous the entire time. The store manager was nice and helpful, he tried his best.
Build a new structure and pave the parking lot. The place wash in disrepair and the lot is of holes and mud.
Guy running the place was very rude.
An older gentleman at the office was an absolute jerk. No manners whatsoever. He was a total disaster. No customer service of a any kind.
The managers of the location were both very nice, but not incredibly helpful. They seemed a little annoyed with some operating questions I was asking (I've never used a U-Haul before), and seemed like they wanted me out the door so they could continue purchasing a truck from online auction. Very very nice people, I think I just came in the middle of a business thing!

At this location, they were extremely unprofessional, not knowledgeable and does not really care about customer service. I spoke with one person when picked up the vehicle and another when I delivered it. In both instances, neither of them said hello or even introduced themselves. I've rented quite a few times from the 121 at Custer location in Plano TX, I have always being well pleased. Unfortunately, this time they did not have a van available, so that's how I ended up at the Gary Burns location, Frisco TX. I have no plans of going back there and definitely would not recommend them to anyone. For what it's worth, it appears that employees at this location need customer service training and also training in the service they are providing. They also need to take pride in the vehicles and clean them. The van I got was very dirty. Thank you for the opportunity.

The office building is in need of renovation and remodeling. The drive up area to the office has many ruts and holes filled with mud and water making it impossible to keep the rental vehicle clean.
The male person at this location is HORRIBLE! Customer service is non-existent and his attitude is the WORST!
Besides the very rude man at the desk and poorly kept office, the truck was in great condition and a huge help.
Employee said give him the keys and get out. He did not check vehicle at all. Now I get a bill for $17 for gas in which I left it very close to where I received it.

Overall, great experience. Check in was quick and the personnel were extremely helpful and efficient. Truck was ready as scheduled. The entrance/exit needs to be better maintained as there are big holes that are quite muddy at the entrance/exit.

Safe protection didn't sign up and still charge $14 at check out.
There was low air in tires. Had to stop and put air in tires. Had issues with pick up. Had to call customer service to get pin reset took me over 40 minutes to be able to get it all taken care of so I could even get keys. No one on site to help. Very dissatisfied.
I was charged $25 for cleaning when the truck was brought back actually the way it was picked up. The inside had mud on the floor. I'm guessing from the previous person and the back had furniture pads throw around everywhere. I need to understand why was I charged $25 extra. This is terrible service and I would never use that location ever again.
They told me at the return location it was NOT my vehicle lights that were the problem, it was the trailer's lights and this was not the first time a trailer being returned to them had this problem. (NOTE- I had my vehicle lights checked by a mechanic and it WAS NOT an issue on my vehicle that was pulling the Uhaul trailer. it was definitely an issue ON THE TRAILER.)
