The inside of the vehicle was dusty. (Cabin and back) I didn't get a refund on the excess gas I put in.
Rupert G.Tech put the wrong drop off address on my paperwork. I drove and couldn't drop off rental. Then when I called dealt with a rude customer service agent; waited 20 mins for an answer on where to rental and had to put more money in gas to drop off across town so I wouldn't get penalized. Terrible experience and I shouldn't have had to add more gas.
