I am overall happy with my experience, especially since you kindly refunded the fee for renting the furniture pads since I didn't end up using them. I appreciate that! My only complaint is that it took me 2 hours to finish the mobile pickup process and it was extremely stressful during an already stressful time while moving. I had an issue with the mobile pickup since I provided my sister as a reference and she missed the call so my registration process got completely cancelled. I called customer service and sat on hold for over an hour just praying that someone would answer since it was after hours at the pickup business location and had no other way to rent a truck for my move. The person who finally answered was very helpful and we were able to get the rental going. I suggest that you do the reference verification well before the customer comes to pick up the truck instead of at the moment they are there picking up. It was cumbersome and stressful and ended up costing me 2 hours of time I needed for packing. I still plan to use and recommend others use Uhaul for moving, though! First of all when I was sent to this location I was never told that a team member would not be there, instead a girl at the storage counter said to go outside and read the orange box?? I had to come back in and let her know it only said drop off keys?? You should tell people before you send them to that particular location since I was coming from your Blackstone and Bullard location that no one is there to assist and you need to create an account before you can move forward. Rental reservation for 9 office not open until 10. Had trouble with 24/7 check in and even though staff in office would not help me until 10. Had to go to another Uhaul for help with online check-in and then return to original uhaul because this uhaul didn't have trucks available.LEIGH H.

Hell no. I was doing a self return through online for a one way trip and the â€œownerâ€ a old man showed up and demanded the key and told me to get off the truck and hand over the key. I told him I just needed to finish one more thing and it says to leave the key in the drop box. Because of COVID I want to use the no contact return but he refused for us to continue due to he was the owner. When we kept demanding we did the process he demanded it was wrong even after we showed that the online check out was complete. The â€œownerâ€ K refused to give his full name and said that this his truck his property and he can do what he wants when I thought this was a national company. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all cost.Gonzalo A.

This particular truck desperately REQUIRES "RETIREMENT"! Near 100k miles, SEVERELY POOR GAS MILEAGE, Hydraulics in back door difficult to maintain. I, and hopefully with my husband will be able to be present in person to to discuss these dangerous and feasibily uneconomic fees for renting this PARTICULAR vehicle. Time to retire it before it causes injuries to renters, or other unsuspecting vehicles' drivers on the road!!! Worst case scenario, I'd be very happy to offer to take it off ur hands and to carefully, legally and responsibly, burn it down to the ground for you.. Sometimes, things in this world just dont live out and perform as long as we hope or expect.Roscoe T.

I was gratwful that the very thoughtful nice lady who helped me rent the uhaul truck, happened to be available to help to let me know what to do when i returned it later last night, after hours. I was busy reading the directions on the fence. I was exhausted and not as coherrant as normal. I slept in this morning, so was glad to have to worry about the truck. I was especially glad the 20 foot truckbwas in such excellent physical and mechanical condition and easy to drive. I will go to location to rent uhaul again, if needed. But I understand this location is closing. We returned the truck after hours and parked it where it was parked that morning when we picked it up. We got jacked by the security guard because unbeknownst to us we had parked in his personal vehicle and had already dropped the key into the lock box. I had setup a pickup at a different location. owner of the place was really rude and not helpful at all. i had to cancel the whole thing. i drove to my next location and rented there a uhaul for a second time with no issues at all.
