I picked up the truck with only 1/4 tank of gas, which I find unacceptable. Also signed up for a dolly rental a couple of days prior, and at pickup was told they didn’t have one available. Maybe a notice the day before pickup would have given me a chance to pick one up. We were moving furniture.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulStaff did not have access to the rental system and told us to just go online and complete our rental paperwork. Problem was there was also no cell service at rhis location! After we said we were leaving, they offered to call the regional.office to help us. They were completely incompetent and could care less what happened to our rental. Will never rent from uhaul there again. Uhaul should not let these people handle anything related to their business.
Todd MDue to bad connectivity, I could not upload photos to the U-Haul application. I asked the clerk in the location (storage facility) for help, and he said he couldn't do anything. Not helpful. I would not use this location again.

CHRISTOPHER MUpdate the check-in and check-out experience. Expecting customers to use your App, or use their cell phone, for essential check-in / check-out needs is ridiculous. It's my phone, I use it for my purposes, NOT yours. I'll likely never rent from you again.
