We had selected an in person pick up. The location was closed on the day of our rental. I did not receive an email or a text notifying me that location was closed. I called U-Haul and had our reservation converted to electronic. It took another hour to get the key due to horrible Wi-Fi service in the area. We were giving an alpha password to gain entry however the lock is numerical.Gerald T.

I am thankful that this location had a truck. My original truck was cancelled by UHAUL. I had to find a truck myself, ended up with a 15 foot, had scheduled a 20 foot. All of my father's items could not fit in the truck. I had to leave some of his items in another state. I am VERY disappointed in the way UHAUL handled this.Daphne T.
The location services did not work the first 4 times I attempted to start the truck pick-up process. After the verification process was complete the code I received to unlock the back of the truck to obtain the keys was a four letter word, however the lock on the roll up door was a 4 digit rolling number lock. I then had to call the office manager as the individual working had gone back inside the storage facility. I then had to wait for the office manager I phoned to call the individual working to come up and address the issue. The individual was able to address the issue and opened the roll-up door about 6 inches to obtain the keys. Unfortunately after now having already lost close to 30 minutes of my 6 hour rental, due to the issues with the location services, awaiting the verification process and being provided the wrong code to unlock the truck, I hastily completed the pre-inspection process and drove to my first destination. Once I arrived at my first destination and opened the cargo hold of the truck I realized the 24 furniture pads that I requested and paid extra for were not in the truck. I will say everyone I personally dealt with was courteous but overall the experience was not as smooth as it could have been.Kenneth U.

I am sitting trying to figure out how you only allotted me 41 miles. You gave me enough miles to make it from point A to point B, yet you didn't allot me any miles to get from the uhaul location to point A, or any miles to get from point B to the drop off location. Highly annoyed, and I am sure you are you to charge me extra for it.Kevin F.
The only thing I would recommend is that that they have a sign as to where to park the vehicles being dropped off after hours.Gary G.

when I arrived to drop off the equipment no one waqw available the business was locked up no contact numbers or names were posted anywhere, the hours were posted but was locked up even though the business was to be open. an employee who was not on the clock happened to be on site to attend to a watch dog and told me to just park the trailer in the grass and leave it. also to put the contract paperwork in the crack between the door and she would enter the information later that day when she come to work. ( at a time that was listed as closed hours) a poor way to do business as well as promoting theft if someone wanted to steel the trailer.Johnny C.
I did not request insurance over the phone, but when my husband picked up the uhaul they had already added it and said I had requested it. Also the lady who took my reservationsaid it was $.99 per mile but charged my husband $1.29 per mile. I called that same day and every day since and NO ONE has answered the phone!!! The answering machine has the same message that they will be open "after 2 p.m." no matter when you call, and they are actually never open. Must be terrible for any future business. I would highly NOT recommend this place to anybody.Stephanie J.

Staff did a great job. The rental process was a very nice experience and they made it very smooth. Returning the truck was a snap. The young lady that checked me in was very good. I would recommend this location for rentals to anyone. Thanks for a great experience. I'll be back.Charles J.

DO NOT MAKE PEOPLE GET UHALS AT THE PLACE I GOT MINE!!! The people behind the counter did NOT know what they were doing at all!! It took over 45min to get my UHAL after I told the guy behind the counter my name... 45min+ !!! This will make me NEVER use UHAL EVER again!! Worst ever! Also, I called to ask a question when I was in my car headed to Elf River... and the guy hung up on my 3 times... I kept calling back, and he kept telling me some bullshit and hanging up the phone. THIS STORE SUCKED!! Worst ever, EVER... EVER!
