Extremely rude employee. There were no instructions on parking. I pulled into the U-Haul lot next to the office. Again no instructions on where or how to park. Not blocking any access to the office I parked in a north south facing direction. The same direction their cars in the adjacent lot in front of the office were parking, logically. The employee (no name tag or any indication she worked there) immediately came out and rudely demanded i turn my car (east west facing). I thought she was joking at first. The place was EMPTY (no surprise with employees like this.) she told me she would not rent to me until I turned my truck. If I hadn’t prepaid online and had a time Shedule to meet I would have left. After repositioning my truck. Same spot, facing a different direction. I went inside and stated that I’ll bet no one will even show up here during our transaction which no one did. Again she told me if I don’t like it I can leave. My truck was never in the way. She was on the phone with ear buds during our entire transaction and hook up. It was obvious I was a inconvenience to her. The trailer was in good working condition. The only highlight on my visit. I can see why here in your comments section it asks “What can we do to improve for the next customer? Because you won’t get return customers with this employee working there. I know I won’t be back.

NILDA CTrailer was missing attachment points inside and when driving across country in middle of the night the lights did not work at all, connection to vehicle was good but wiring for back taillights was causing concern. Informed uhaul and had field manager of Fort Worth l, “ Eric” call me. He was very unhelpful and had no regard of my concern. Extremely disappointed with overall services and company. Will make sure to never use Uhaul again and be sure to tell anyone needing moving assistance to look elsewhere.
