I signed up for self check out , and didn’t get the truck due to key was not available in the box . Regional manager said someone forget to put the key on the pick up box. I had to come back 8am to pick up my truck to do what I had to do . Missed work for a day .

I had two major concerns with the truck I received from Oxon Hill Rentals. The first was that I was asked to return the truck with 3/4 of the gas in tank, which was done. The problem was that I was given a truck they said was 3/4 full and as soon as the truck was started dropped down to the actual amount of gas which was 1/2 a tank. My second issue was the trailer door. Easy to open, a 3 man job to close. Granted I was warned it was difficult to close but I imagine if the door was a known problem, then steps should have been taken to fix it before letting anyone use the truck. They may have been minor problems to others, but that’s extra gas I had to pay for and manpower wasted on making no one stole my things which could have been used for expediting my move.

I initially rented the equipment from another location. The series of events that transpired ruin my travel plans and my entire business trip. The staff on the 1800# I'll advised me and leadership was absent from any attemp6of resolution except for my own effort. I could have went to Penske if I had know the service would cost my nearly two days and a client.

The young lady who assisted us with the rental, was the absolute BEST. I'm so sorry that I forgot her name, but from our order I hope you will see who helped us. She was pleasant and very knowledgable. I truly would come back and rent from the location. She made it so easy for me to change from one uhaul to another one. Great customer service. A++++++
