Once again, I experienced issues with billing. I was charged $30.00 for approximately 1 gallon of gas upon return. I spoke with the manager Rodney who acknowledge the mistake and promised a return.

Jermel CThis being my 3rd rental, I was surprised to have complications with a false e alert. Delaying my checkout process. The payments had not apparently been cleared on the e-alert side.
Eduardo RThe vehicle was in terrible condition. It was filthy, had a strong unpleasant odor, and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned or maintained in quite some time. To make matters worse, the vehicle was provided to me with only a quarter tank of gas, which meant I had to stop for fuel before I could even begin using it. Most concerning was the condition of the vehicle while driving. The truck made extremely loud and concerning noises, struggled and sputtered while driving—especially going uphill—and repeatedly made me fear that it was going to break down. I did not feel safe or confident driving this vehicle. Based on my experience, this truck should not have been rented out in its current condition. The cleanliness, lack of fuel, and apparent mechanical issues made this an extremely disappointing and concerning rental experience, especially given my otherwise positive experiences with Oxon Hill rentals.
