I didn't use the trailer because ramp/opening was not wide enough for my need. I rented a 6ft wide trailer but had no idea the ramp was not the full 6ft width and the cargo I rented the trailer for could not be loaded and I had to get a different trailer. Location is great otherwise.Arthur S.

Good service and convenient. The only thing I would say is that my wife and son dropped off the equipment at night, and the lot is not flat, and there was nothing around to chock the wheels with. They had to use a dolly. Maybe have some wheel chocks in each trailer?JOSEPH H.

Someone changed my reservation to a more expensive, larger rental without my authorization, knowledge or any kind of confirmation. Then, the clerk "offered" to give me a rental in the size that I reserved for a price higher than what was listed in my reservation... as though she was doing me some kind of favor or kindness. I asked to speak with a manager 4 times before they honored my reservation (after I provided a printed copy of the record) at the cost that was quoted. The manager, I think he was a manager, added some moving aids at no additional cost. Eventually, the problems were resolved but with no small feat and persistence from me.REGINAVERONICA Y.

It took us 3 additional weeks to move each uhaul location we were referred to had some sort of problem wether they were telling me uhaul didn't instal hitches when they do, or the fact that when I took my car to get the hitch installed an employee messed up my car which lead me to have to push back my date again and wait for them to fix my car just for them to tell me that all of the problems I experienced with uhaul didn't matter and they had no good customer service not on the phone calls or in any locations.COBY D.

I had reserved a 20 foot truck, when I arrived to the dealer they said I would have to come back the next day to get the truck as they did not have the right size truck. I asked to be placed in a 26 foot truck instead as I needed the 20. They said they had a reservation for the 26 foot the next day. I told them I had a reservation that day, they still refused to give me the 20 or 26. They said I would have to take a 15 foot, and that they would discount me the milage. And charge me for only 1 day. I see now that I was charged for 2, when I only had the truck for 1. Next time I will rent a penske truck.Lawrence S.

Uhaul sucked! My reservation was changed to another location a hour away! First location I went to didn't even have trucks for me to even rent out in our reserve days on in before my reservation was changed!! Knowing i reserved went to another location they didn't have any trucks and the guy acted like he didn't want to help me. went to another location in Waldorf they helped me but still not trucks they were all taken at the time i went but they help me in finding my issue. They threw my whole moving day off and i i had mover waiting for me and they waited omost 4 hours for me and i had to pay them extra for waiting!!BREANA A.
Staff was attentive and professional. One of them saw me stumbling through the self checkout process and told me how it would be easier for me to com inside and do a manual checkout. The rental truck seemed very old and mostly worn out. Everything worked, but it was not confidence inspiring. The truck was clean enough to get by for a box truck, but there were several French fries and other material on the floor.HENRY T.

Customer service and trying to help the client when they give your reserved teailer to someone else and I had to get a smaller trailer. I reserved with a $50 guarantee bit wasn't even offered that or was told sorry for giving away the bigger trailer so had to get the 5 by 9 trailer. Horrible experience and didn't put the right return time back had to hold on the phone for half an hour to get in contact with a uhaul customer service representative. Also I had to active reservations so or was looking like I rented 2 trailers when it was just 1.Jose R.

Limited rental options and the key drop off was hard to find.FRED E.
The truck they were supposed to give us they didnt. I needed the information to get the truck cleared to enter a building. So by changing the information cause a whole load of problems to start our day off. On top of that and even worse, the truck we were supposed to have left for us was blocking the truck they gave us keys for. Only choice we had was to hop a curb to actually drive the truck off the property. All documented of course incase anyone actually reads these reviews and decided to call. I got a call from a Latisha early on Thursday morning advising me that there was no equipment for my reservation available within a 50 mile radius and that I was SOL regarding my moving plans. I spent the entire Thursday morning calling different uhauls as well as different trucking companies to find an alternative. Eventually, I got a hold of an Ethrin who was able to straighten me out with this pick up spot. Latisha promised me a reduced fare as well as a $50 credit check for the inconvenience, but I have not received this yet.
