We couldn’t find anybody we dropped it off called someone and told him where we left it. We took pictures and then I called U-Haul one 800 and seems like everything worked out fine after that, but it was confusing at the drop off point was dropping it off and not seeing anyone was kind of strange.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOwner had explained that they requested to be removed as a Uhaul location so probably should follow through with that.
Jacob SThis pickup exemplified what American customer service is all about. Having been my first time hauling a trailer, I came unprepared and yet Donald went above and beyond to assist me in everything I did not understand and equipment I did not have. Thank you Donald for your patience and your amazing service.
Richard LThe no in personnel was due to mobile return was used. The only thing was the uhaul key drop box needs more visibility. All then have is uhaul sign that restaurant customers cover up when cars are parked in front of. But the location is very easy to find and would use this as a pick up location in the future.
